The service was very poor. I wouThe pick-up was delayed by over half-hour. The guides did not provide a sense of safety and security. They were rude and argumentative when I expressed dissatisfaction for having to wait so much throughout the experience. Once we got to the park, there was an additional cost to enter, more wait times to pay and sign waivers. The location was hot and processes were disorganized. We missed riding in the sunset as promised by the experience. And we had to ride tandem and not everyone got their own camel. We had to wait for a whole other group to come back so that we had enough camels for our group. Ended up waiting for an hour to be able to go on our ride that should've been scheduled. The photo package was a ripoff. They asked for over $100 for pictures that were taken by a last-minute photographer. The ride to the location was uncomfortable. The return ride left us behind. We waited 5 hours for a 15 min experience. I do not recommend it!!!!

Make sure you plan 5-7 hours for any activity. Even though it said it would be 2 hours, we were gone from 2:30-7:15pm. We booked the camel safari and 90% of the time we were just waiting around and the actual camel ride was about 20 min. You have to take a bus there and it’s about a 45 min ride. Then once you enter the cactus tours facility we waiting in a 30 min line to just confirm our reservation. Then another hour before we were taken to the camels. 20 min ride with them, and then back to the facility where we had to wait another hour and a half for our bus to come back to take us home. They won’t let you bring your phone so they can charge you for their photos. Our tour guide only spoke Spanish the entire time. Wasn’t impressed.
