Asked for an English speaking tour and got bilingual tour

I booked an English speaking tour and for the first half of the tour the tour guide, Patricia, who was excellent, had to repeat everything in English and Spanish. This meant that half of the time my friend and I were sitting there looking around and not understanding what was being said. It made for a lot of wasted time and a lot of noise in our ears that was annoying and uncomfortable and made the tour not as pleasant as I'd hoped for. Once we got to the gallery we had Patricia to ourselves and she was amazing. I would never book any other tour without a guarantee that the limited time I had to spend on vacation would not be wasted in this way again. It was very disappointing.

Excellent tour guide, good equipment, skip the line was well worth it!

This tour was excellent - the meeting place was well signposted and easy to find, the team were organised and professional, and explained what we'd be doing and set everything out initially, which I thought was useful to know. Skipping the line was the only reason I bought the ticket, but the real value actually came from the guide herself, she was very knowledgable about Uffizi and the city itself, and happy to chat throughout the tour and answer questions. Mid way through I had the chance to grab a coffee from a coffee shop en-route during a 5 min break, which was perfect timing. If you plan to see the Uffizi Gallery I'd highly recommend this tour purely for the additional insight and convenience you'll get from the guide. I would book again :)
