Visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum with the convenience of a pre-booked entrance ticket and roundtrip bus transfer from Krakow. See original buildings and artifacts on a poignant and informative tour with a licensed guide. After a 1-hour and 15-minute journey, arrive at the Auschwitz I Museum and embark on a walking tour with a certified educator. Explore the remains of the Nazi camp's barracks, watchtowers, and crematoriums. With the help of the provided headset, listen as your guide tells about the ghastly Nazi crimes committed in the camps and hear stories of the everyday lives of the prisoners. Next, continue the walking tour at the Auschwitz-Birkenau II Memorial. Witness gas chambers and the remains of the railway which transported prisoners to the camps. My 13 year old son and I booked our tickets hours before the tour very easily online. We arrived at the meetup point to find a very comfortable bus and friendly staff. We enjoyed the drive to Auschwitz and the movie played on our trip was very informative. Taking the tour with the bus shuttle was so much easier than navigating public transportation on our own. The guided tour was excellent and covered everything. We had plenty of time outside of the tours with the breaks that were given to us to use the washroom and eat our food we’d brought along. I’d recommend this tour if you are considering Auschwitz. We paid the lowest price for the tour with bus trip - you won’t find a better price! And we only had 15 people in our English tour group which was very comfortable. I give this tour a 10/10!

Disappointed because the guide was in a hurry.

The tour started with a film in the bus wij a film thats oké. We had a feeling chat pur guide was in hurry. Thee was no possibility to look around. And she had a speachproblem that made it hard to listen and understand her and sometimes we lost contact with her on the system. We visited Auswithz before and at that moment there was more space for watching and we visited more buildings in Birkenau and in Auswitz. Travelparts were well organized.

Harrowing, but a must see, must not be forgotten

A little un organized, your guide will walk you around specific buildings detailing what happened. However you don't see everything just the highlights. It appeared that the English tour finished earlier than others especially whilst in the second larger camp. There you only saw two things which I feel is a shame given the size of the camp and atrocities that happened there. The guide was very knowledgeable and the transport was great. Eat before, but you can buy snacks there. It is a must see! However extremely upsetting experience.
