I wasn’t sure what to expect booking last minute, but the experience was amazing and meeting at the hotel Bauer couldn’t have been easier. Plus it was enough off the beaten path that we didn’t have long to wait before we were on our way. That app was fantastic and I will definitely book with confidence in the future!!

First time to Venice so pretty much mandatory to take the gondola ride. Line could be long as we passed by several times so always good to have a date and time secured before you go. 30 min ride through the canals, very cool route with other gondolas and boats. Some gondolas had people singing or accordion music, very special to see and hear. Definitely something you can’t miss when you visit Venice.

The redemption process was easy, the location is easy to find as it already stated in the instructions. After we reached the place, we got our ride within 10 mins after arranged by the staff. The staff also patient in attend to our requests. The whole trip lasted for around 20 mins, the vibe was good as we went during the evening time. I only wish the staff could explain more about the iconic place during the gondola trip.
