This was one of the highlights of my first trip to Fuerteventura. The tour guide Carlos was really friendly and kind, and he made a genuine effort to make everyone feel welcome and included. Being part of a small group made the experience much more personal than going with the much larger catamaran operators. Along with the yacht’s captain Younes, Carlos looked after us very well. They are experienced sailors and safety was taken seriously. At the same time, the atmosphere throughout was really fun and relaxed. We enjoyed some good music on the sail out to find the dolphins, and plenty of refreshing drinks were offered. Seeing the bottlenose dolphins swimming up close was awesome, with the peacefulness of the yacht floating on the water (with the engine off) encouraging these majestic marine mammals to breach the surface. After sailing back closer to shore, we swam in the turquoise waters off the boat and were served delicious snacks and wine. A brilliant experience, thanks Carlos!

Full description

Spot dolphins, whales, and other sea mammals in their natural habitat on this sailboat cruise along Fuerteventura’s southern coast. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling with the gear provided. Relax onboard with some tapas and a drink. 
Start with a visit to the harbor to marvel at the beautiful manta rays that live here and watch this beautiful creature swimming along the bottom of the sea floor. After the manta ray viewing, it's time to hop on board your sailing boat for the day for a short briefing of the day’s itinerary.
Then it’s time to set sail and leave the harbor. Heading out towards the open seas the captain will bring up the sails and turn off the engine.
Listen to the radio communications from local fishermen and listen out for sightings of marine wildlife, including dolphins and whales. If they’re in the area, the captain will sail the boat towards them for the chance to take some photos and admire these elegant creatures up close.
During the rest of the sail, enjoy the stunning sea views that surround you and soak up the glorious Fuerteventura sunshine.
After about 2 hours of sailing, your captain will drop anchor, giving you some time to go swimming and snorkeling in the shimmering blue waters. After your swim, enjoy a selection of tapas made from local recipes and relax with a drink as you sail back to shore.

Excellent sail, Yunes and Carlos were both fantastic. We saw dolphins and whales, Yunes was able to sail right next to them for us so we could see their beauty up close. So very peaceful, lovely and relaxing in the sun. Then the opportunity to snorkel followed by lovely food and wine. Highly recommend this trip! So very grateful to Carlos for giving us extra help after we underestimated the travel time by bus to get to Morro Jables, but he was super friendly and helpful, and was able to help us get the right bus and collect us from the bus stop to make sure we got there on time. Thanks all for such a fun and memorable trip!
