Toledo is interesting to understand the historical context of Madrid. We did a tour of the Cathedral which I highly recommend as that was the most interesting part of the city. The city seems to run exclusively on tourism so it had a large tourism-town feel. The views were quite beautiful.

Great staff, great trip. Definitely worth it. We had Olga as a tour guide, who gave us insight to Toledo as we drove, and then gave us a little tour when we arrived in Toledo. She was a great tour guide - very friendly and speaks amazing English. When I come back I’ll definitely be visiting again. I did the 9am-6pm tour which I highly recommend.

The trip was a great way for us to get to see a new city with a comfortable ride. I was lucky that the pick-up/drop-up off location was actually very close to my hotel so that was a major plus. I opted for the Full Day tour of Toledo, but I think if you're not heavily into history or going inside the cathedrals, it would've been more worth it to go to Segovia as well to see more scenery.
