Full description

Paddle through the Algarve's famed blue waters in a kayak. The Rotomod sit-on-top kayaks are stable, safe, comfortable, and easy to use, making them the perfect way for you to explore the waters of the Algarve. You don’t need any experience to get the most out of your very own kayaking adventure. Various types of kayaks are available for rent. The first is the Rotomod Ocean Duo, a comfortable double kayak that can seat up to 2 adults. There is also the Rotomod Ocean Quattro, perfect for families. This kayak can seat up to 2 adults and 1 child. The Rotomod Tango is a heavy duty solo kayak, ideal for bigger paddlers or people travelling with a lot of heavy gear. If you don’t have that much gear, then the Toromod Mambo might be for you, with excellent maneuverability from this solo kayak. Just for your safety, your kayak hire will also include light paddles and comfortable safety vests.

20/10 bonding experience with familt. idiots beaware it's harder to navigate than expected remember what the guide tells you... beautiful scenery. worth it even if my arms hurts 😂 quide has 10/10 first aid skills and a great laugh. think you remember us for a long time carrying our canoe back from the wrong dock 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Le trajet v et à notre destination (plage déserte de Faro), contre la marée, a été beaucoup plus physique que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Nous espérions aussi voir davantage d’animaux que des crabes et quelques oiseaux. Par contre, la plage était fabuleuse par une journée radieuse. Nous avons globalement apprécié notre excursion puisque nous sommes une famille de 4 adultes actifs et amateurs de plein-air.

Randonnée agréable en kayak de 4 heures dans le parc de Ria Formosa, au départ du port de faro (bout de la piste de l'aéroport, oubliez la sieste 😁) pour atteindre l'océan. Compter 2 bonnes heures de pagaie aller retour, le reste permet de faire des pauses sur les plages. Il est recommandé d'avoir une expérience en kayak pour faire cette randonnées aquatique sans guide, pour maitriser les courants, les durées de navigation et l'orientation. Le tarif est cependant inhabituellement élevé pour une location sèche de kayak (sans guide).
