Good experience although only a select few drinks to choose from when booking with a drink. We had a cocktail so was worth it and in an ice glass. Impressive. We stayed to have a drink outside the bar but found it was very overpriced. Nice staff though and very welcoming. Fab time although only two of us in the bar, plenty photo Opportunities and time to be extra cold in -12…book it if you’re looking it’s a good experience and fun!

Very good, when we arrived we was greeted by the staff , they gave us coats and gloves and got us straight into the ice bar , a little disappointed with size of the bar once inside , also no price list to have another drink if you wanted, music was good especially when there was Afro carabians from the USA got inside and started dancing and having really good fun . Half hour to 45 minutes is about the right time to be inside , great experience

Great experience especially in 33degree heat. But disappointing range of drinks included though- there was a choice of 4 alcoholic cocktails and one type of beer, with orange juice the only non-alcoholic option. Would have liked a red & white wine option for adults, and cola /lemonade option for kids, especially as children and non-alcohol drinkers were charged the same entry price. If you went for the cocktails it wasn't badly priced for the experience, but given we had 3 orange juices and one beer, £55 for 40mins for 4 people is expensive. The beer wasn't served in an ice beaker, and the orange juices melted through the bottom of the ice beakers and spilt everywhere. Having said that, the sculptures were good, but more seats were needed for photos, and our children were disappointed that the floor and ceiling weren't ice as well. Could be improved.
