The tour is what they describe. It's not bad, but if you only speak one of the three languages, it can get quite tedious. It was Spanish-English for us. We speak both languages so it wasn't bad. I wouldn't recommend it if you only speak 1. For me the worst thing was the reluctance of the guides, we had one on the bus who at least spoke well, but inside the Palace, a woman who conveyed absolutely nothing and made it quite boring.

Our guide Stephan was so good. All the sights of the city are pointed out as you pass, and the Palace tour was interesting, fun and in both German and English. They give you time to wander the gardens and It was great value and well worth doing if you only have a short time in this beautiful city

You have enough time to visit Schönbrunnen Park and you can spontaneously decide to stay there after the tour. We can only recommend this tour.
