The guides are kind, but they can only communicate in English, so be careful if you are not good at English. The quality of the food is low. Some people kept asking for refills, but I didn't like it and regretted that I should have brought my own. It was cloudy, so the water was not very clear, but I was impressed that I encountered a sea turtle for the first time while snorkeling. There were also a lot of fish, so snorkeling itself was enjoyable. Some people wrote that it was like a potato washing, and I agree that it is difficult to swim when there are a lot of people. I was kicked several times by the fins of the person in front of me. However, I thought that it was unavoidable to a certain extent considering the safety within the instructor's line of sight. I participated in February, and when we came out of the sea after snorkeling, it was so cold that all the tour participants were shivering. I recommend bringing a large bath towel.

The food isn’t great everything is cold. There is also no real fish feeding event. Otherwise it was a great tour. When you get on the boat there is free coffee, tea and water with muffins and different fruits. You get split into two “smaller” groups. We first ate lunch than went to the beach after we had a snorkelling briefing. (there is literally nothing besides the stand up paddle boat and snorkelling to do at the beach). Than we went snorkelling after that you get back to the boat where there is more free fruits and cookies to eat and than with the big boat we got to see some dolphins! At ca. 17:00-18:00 we were back in Brisbane. It was fun, even though there were a lot of people. Maybe a bit expensive.

We all loved it !! It was really great :) Maybe a small downside for the snorkelling equipment, the mask was fogging up a lot and the snorkel was small
