Loved the experience. There were two instructors that were both friendly. One was very much more organized and prepared than the other. Lots of delicious and easy recipes. Would definitely do again. Note: The saki that is offered to adults at the end is not included, though they don't tell you that until you leave. Overall, well worth the experience.
Excellent friendly host, who was a tea ceremony master. The steps were simple enough to learn, the ceremony had a private feel with just us and another couple. She offered opportunity for questions, and we had lots for her at the end!
No one else arrived, so we ended up with a private tour. The guide was very kind, and very knowledgeable. It was a great, authentic-feeling experience! Great value for money. I would recommend for those seeking a cultural experience.
Really great service. We received amazing explanations about the history and also any questions we had about the ceremony. The matcha served was lovely and we even had the opportunity to learn how to whisk tea.
