This class was great! Our host and his family were very welcoming, they went above and beyond. Not only was he quick to communicate and help find the best transportation to the location, but he also gave us ideas of places to go and see. He was very knowledgeable and you could see his true passion for cooking and meeting new people. The food that he taught us to prepare was amazing, as well as the appetizers and sauces he prepared for us. He also shared with us local wines and olive oils that were amazing. I would sign up for this class many times over and will be recommending this host to friends and family.

She showed and explained the winemaking process and the notes and flavours of the special aromas and flavours that result from it, and then you could experience the differences during the tasting. (I prefer red wines so I was able to taste one white and three red wines. Everything was very super, with delicious cheeses and olive oil toast to go with the fine wines. Thank you for the experience!

I loved that I could do this in my own time. I could see the additional things if I chose. There was still plenty of information on each stop and I was able to listen of read, my choice.

The flexibility was ideal. Three hours was not quite enough time to complete all three museums, so I would recommend an earlier opening or later closing time.

Fellini museum has a different schedule when it's open, than the others.
