Small family business, run by natives of the city, with will make you discover the charms of the East coast of San Sebastian, its different bays, cliffs, its history its secrets. The Tours are done in groups of up to 12 pax maximum, in a very spacious and comfortable boat , obstacle free and fast boat. In addition Ruth and asier will do everything possible to make passengers feel at home providing all the necessary comforts. More than a tour it is an experience, wich since there are few people can be enjoyed together, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Kantauri 2 bays, two hours of relaxing navigation experience with spectacular landscapes as a backdrop, while we enjoy the morning, afternoon or sunset. We also put at your disposal our audio story, so that if you wish you can learn about the history, anecdotes and mythology of our incredible E Cantabrian coast. We will leave the port of San Sebastian, and sail around the east coastline, the Urgull mountain, the mouth of the Uremia river, La zurriola beach, the impressive hills between San Sebastian and Pasaia, until we reach to the Faro de la Plata, who announces the entry in the “ Basque fiord “ Pasaia bay… we will enter its bay and see the charming towns of Pasai San Juan, San Pedro.. where the history and tradition continue today. After visit Pasaia, we will leave the bay fast and far from the coast , explore San Sebastian , form far… until we arrive to the Igueldo mountain, from where we will entry into the bay of “ La Concha”. turn around “ Santa Clara” island, and slowly arrive to the port of San Sebastian… but before of that ,the crew will immortalize your memory with a beautiful instant photo as a gift. In the last route of the day , we will enjoy the magical golden hour and the impressive relaxed sunset .

3. Hike From San Sebastian To San Pedro Across St James Way

Our city is known for its amazing beaches, but the green environment that surrounds it is one of its best kept secrets. The St. James's Way (Camino de Santiago) stretch that crosses San Sebastian, suitable for all the family, is the best example. Hike it with us until San Pedro (Pasaia in Basque language), a little and lovely fishing village that will delight your eyes. Cross mt. Ulia on your way, with astonishing viewpoints of San Sebastian and the bay of Pasaia, including mt. Ulia's lighthouse. A good local pintxo is included to restock on energy! And, of course, we take care of the return trip: a car will be waiting for us after our hike is done to take us back to San Sebastian.

The first stop on the tour is Saint Jean Pied De Port which is considered the start point on the famous St. James Way, the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela. The Basque language is still spoken on both sides of the border of this stunning medieval town. Next, it's the town of Bidarray, an off the track town in the countryside. Drive along the famous Pass Du Roland to get to Espelette town. Labourd style houses make this town unique, as it's known for its dried red peppers hanging from their facades. Beautiful ride combining some easy and scenic gravel paths and trails along the coastline of Igeldo Mountain, all the way to the Kukuarri Cross, clearing a part of El Camino de Santiago. We will stop by a local mountain bar to share some pintxos before our final descent. We leave from our shop, located 50m away from la Concha Beach, where our staff will provide you the bike and some basic information. We will pedal across town to the steep entrance of Igueldo Mountain, and from there we will get into the paths leading to Kukuarri Cross, where we will enjoy the scenic views of the coastline and the iconic "Ratón de Guetaria". Before our final descent back to town, we will stop at a local mountain bar to enjoy a pintxo and a drink to recover some energy.

During this amazing ride we will clear some of the most iconic roads of the Guipuzcoa region, visiting some beautiful coastal towns and climbing some challenging hills on the way. All the roads in this Tour are very scenic and quiet. The activity starts from our shop, located 50m away from La Concha beach. After providing you the bike and some instructions, we will start pedaling across San Sebastián, to gradually leave town and get into the quiet roads of the region. The ride will be adapted to the level of our guests. We will recover some energy by stopping in a local bar to enjoy a Pintxo and a drink.

10. From San Sebastian: Guided Coastal Hike with Winery Visit

Meet your guide in San Sebastian and set out on a guided hike along the picturesque Basque coastline. Stop at a farmer’s market to taste local specialties, visit a winery, and end your tour in the village of Getaria. Start your hiking adventure with a scenic train ride from San Sebastian to Zarautz, admiring the striking landscapes along the way. A native of this coastal town, your guide will show you all the best sights of Zarautz. Walk along the beach promenade and visit the farmer’s market where you’ll taste homemade bread, local cheese, apple jelly, and cider. Then, set out on a hike along the Way of St. James and make your way to a txakoli winery. Sample 3 of the wines produced here along with some pintxos or small snacks of tasty tuna, cheese, and salted anchovies from the village. Finally, set out for the coastal town of Getaria, the hometown of Juan Sebastián Elcano, a seaman well-known for being the first man to circumnavigate the earth. It was also home to Spanish fashion designer Cristóbal Balenciaga. Walk the narrow streets lined with medieval buildings and wooden balconies as your guide tells you about the fascinating lives of these two important figures. At the end of your tour, you can choose to board a bus back to San Sebastian with your guide or remain in Getaria to explore the village on your own. The cost of the return bus ticket is not included in the tour.
