A couple of our guides/drivers were great. One was trying too hard and calling out the passengers when her jokes fell flat. I think it was worth it for the most part. We purchased a 2-day pass and selected the trolley as one of our featured attractions. And you're only allowed to use it 1 day of the 2-day pass. Basically it probably would have been a 4 or 5 star experience and worth it for what we paid if we'd been able to use the trolley both days. They were clear that it's only good for 1 day, but it was kind of frustrating to have to have to pay downtown parking prices after spending all that money on a pass with them. Its their business and they can make that call, but I wasn't interested in buying a discount next-day trolley pass from them after spending all that money on the other passes for my family. If they allowed the trolley as a featured attraction for all days the multi pass is used, that would really be great.

It was a wonderful experience with excellent guides. We hopped off to visit several venues, but each guide was great. I went with family and no children. We are all over the age of 70 (younger after drinking from the Fountain of Youth) and had no trouble getting on or off. We love history and felt this was a great learning and fun experience.

I bought tickets as a gift for my parents to enjoy while on their vacation in Florida. They loved it and said their tour guide Spence was very knowledgeable, friendly and overall a great guy to be able to spend their afternoon with. They also mentioned that the meet up location was easy to find and check in was simple and fast.

Comprehensive 1.75 hour total tour if you stay on for the full 21 stops. We were somewhat physically challenged so we only got off at two places near the end. It seems there is rarely a wait to speak of, and the guides were spectacular. Well worth the money.

So much fun to see our grandchildren enjoy the pirate ship voyage while we enjoyed the beautiful time on the water. Just the right amount of time !
