Meet your guide at the beach of Mikros Gialos on the South side of Lefkada island. After a short safety briefing, your guides will provide you with all the necessary equipment and you'll set off. Together with your group, you will start paddling along the coastline and in and out of magnificent sea caves in blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Enjoy swimming at picturesque secluded beaches and snorkel around, visiting the sea caves of Lefkada, which are adorned with stunning stalactites. The distance covered while paddling is approximately 4 nautical miles. A traditional Greek snack and picnic will also be provided.

Cruise from Nidri to islands of Lefkada, Kefalonia, and Ithaki for a day filled with swimming at world-class beaches, exploring a fishing village, and seeing a mysterious private island. Depart from Nidri in the morning and sail through the bay past hillside villages like Vasiliki. Travel to the southern tip of Lefkas island. Stop to swim in the turquoise waters of Porto Katsiki and Egremni beach. Continue to the fishing village of Fiskardo on Kefalonia which survived the catastrophic earthquake of 1953. Have some free time to shop, stroll through alleys, or have a drink at a seaside café or bar. Head to island of Ithaki for more swimming. After the guided walk, you get to taste 3 different qualities (mass commercial, local original and superior) of Olive oil and Honey and discover the differences. This will make you more aware of the products of your local grocery store or super market.

Discover the small paradise islands of Lefkada on a luxurious sailboat cruise. Enjoy a carefree day as the captain pulls the anchor and takes you out to sea. Take a dip in the water, try local food, and admire stunning views as you sail along. Meet your captain and board the sailboat to have a cup of coffee with a view of the bay. Leaving Nydri behind, reach your first stop, a secluded beach. After spending time swimming in the warm waters come back on board for an optional breakfast. Continue on to another nearby island to enjoy more swimming in turquoise waters. Admire the natural beauty of the islands and try to spot dolphins and seals following the boat. Have the opportunity to snorkel and take underwater photos with a camera lent to you by the captain or just relax under the sun on the beach. When you are ready for lunch come on board and enjoy a complimentary drink and delicious local cuisine served by the friendly crew. After the meal, sail to the last stop of the cruise. If weather permits, raise the sails so that you feel the freedom of sailing with the wind. As you soak in the beautiful scenery enjoy your afternoon coffee and some fresh fruit before you return to the port of Nidri in the early evening.

Hop in a kayak for a full day of exploring in the crystalline waters around the Lefkada Archipelago, known to be one of the most protected and calm seas in the world. Paddle three miles up the coast to Red Rock Beach where you will stop for a swim and have snacks to keep you energized. Check out the mythic caves of Messini before paddling towards the island of Meganisi. Make a 45-minute stop on the uninhabited island of Thilia for snorkeling and lunch. Explore Meganisi, a relatively undiscovered island off the west coast of the Greek mainland. From there, head to Skorpios, a private island owned by the family of Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis. Finally, kayak the perimeter of the island of Madouri before returning back to Nydri Port.

You will have the opportunity to visit: 1. Preveza town that is located at the mouth of Amvrakikos Gulf, in Western Greece. It is an area blessed with beautiful landscapes, green areas, great beaches, a rich history, ancient sites and monuments. 2. The Museum that is dedicated exclusively to the city which was founded in commemoration of the victory of Octavian Augustus at the naval battle of Actium in 31 BC. Based on this, the central theme of the permanent exhibition can be summarized in the phrase: One Battle, One City, One Empire. Octavian’s victory at Actium did not only lead to the founding of Nicopolis; it also had great influence on the shape of the Roman Empire and the course of history. 3. Nikopolis or Nicopolis (it means, the victory city) is probably the largest in size ancient city in Greece, but still few have heard about it! 4. Cassope is located very close to Zalongo, a steep slope at the village of Kamarina in the Preveza Peripheral Unit, where in 1803, after the capitulation of Souliotes to Ali Pasha, the women from Souli threw first their children off the cliff and then followed them singing and dancing hand-in-hand. Cassope, the capital of Cassopaea, was founded before the mid-4th century BC, in a naturally fortified location within a spacious plateau, at an altitude of 550 - 650 m on the slopes of Zalongo. The city reached its heyday in the 3rd century BC, when its great public buildings were built and the area of the agora acquired its monumental form. 5.The famous river Acheron (44km from Preveza) is named after god Aheron, who in Greek mythology is known as the god who guards the river of the underground. According to legend, the souls of the dead were transported to the other side of the river Acheron, to the god of the underground world Hades, and the goddess Thetis bathed her son Achilles in this river, holding him for heel, giving him immortality. Walking to the river takes fifteen minutes through the beautiful nature, and the last 5-10 minutes by a riverbed through a very cold and shallow water. The color of the water is gently blue or emerald green depending on the surrounding environment (high white rocks or trees).
