This all day tour allowed the perfect amount of time to see the highlights of Delos and enjoy lunch and some shopping (or some beach time) in Mykonos! Delos is phenomenal and if you want a lot of the history and to see as much as possible in the time you'll get there (2.5 - 3 hours), get a guide when you get there. Prefer to just walk around and soak it in? That's ok too, the provided map has the trails highlighted. You'll get just enough time in Mykonos to have lunch, walk the side streets, stroll up to the windmills, and get lost at least once! That's the charm of the town! There is also a beach right there by the port, so if you'd rather just swim, there is that option too. One suggestion...ask about the transportation coming back to Pariokia when you are dropped off. There were 3 of us milling around looking for a small shuttle bus like we arrived in, only to find out they had us going back on a big tour bus...but there were no sign or anything on the bus! Almost missed it
a really good trip. take plenty of water and food. you are not supposed to ready at the archeological site though. boat ride can be copy so prepare of you suffer from seasickness. loads to see.. get a guide or wander at your own pace. blue route of you are not up to walking much... as a family we did the green route in 2.5 hours and geeky we saw pretty much everything
A great day! The boat ride was fun, we had enough time at both destinations to take it all in and enjoy. Delos was simply GREAT. NOTE: since the guided tour in Delos is not included, make sure to PRE book a guide at least a day prior. In Delos there was no option to book one on the spot.
Good solution if you don’t want to loose time to organise your round-trip to Santorini from Paros and are happy to spend time on Santorini between 11:30 and 16:20. The boat trip takes about 2h30 between these two islands.
