We offer a traveling excursion just for you, with one part by boat and the other in the forest to discover several places different every day. Day 1 Pick up at Leticia airport and transfer to the civilian port. Discovery of the market square and typical lunch (fish ceviche or grilled meat) in the city center Departure by boat on the Amazon River to the Tikuna village on the shore of the lake. Trek in primary forest, observation, and interpretation of fauna and flora. Night walk to observe snakes, tarantulas, and insects in the high forest and flood zones. Night in a cozy cabin on the shore of the lake in the village of Tikuna Day 2 Boat trip and observation of pink dolphins and gray dolphins, piranha fishing, and observation of caimans by boat at night. Night in a comfortable cabin in the middle of the primary forest. Day 3 Trip to the Peruvian reserve. Walk and canoa with the native guide andn the forest to observe the slow monkeys in the flooding jungle. Return to the village to pack, and boat to Leticia, arrive at 5pm at the Leticia Port The stays are initiatives organized by a translator guide and by the natives who will welcome you into their communities. *****DAY 01: - Hotel pickup - Dolphin Watching: observe gray or pink dolphins. - Visit to the “Indigenous Community – KUKAMA TRIBE”: We will visit and dance with them, as they have been guardians of the region’s biodiversity, using their deep knowledge of plants and natural medicine to survive in this challenging environment. - MONKEY ISLAND – Neyser: Continuing our journey along the Amazon, we will enter a creek to visit monkeys in their natural habitat. - Lunch: Typical jungle dishes. (Please inform us in advance for vegetarian options.) - SWIM IN THE AMAZON: After lunch, we will have a 30-minute rest, followed by a refreshing swim in the Amazon River, enjoying its beaches and participating in a “flowering bath” in the black mud. - AMAZON SUNSET: Observation of the beautiful sunset over the Amazon River (weather permitting) and possible pink dolphin sightings (seasonal). - Dinner - NIGHT EXCURSION: An evening walk through the lush jungle to observe various species of insects, tarantulas, frogs, scorpions, monkeys, and nocturnal birds. *****DAY 02: - AMAZON SUNRISE: Observation of the sunrise, along with the sounds and sightings of various bird species. - Breakfast - WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTER: We will head to the Wildlife Rescue Center (“Fundo Rony”) to observe and interact with various wild animals such as sloths, monkeys, macaws, toucans, boa constrictors, and turtles. - AMAZONIAN TRAPICHE: Enjoy a tasting of artisanal macerates such as camu camu, “7 roots,” and ginger, providing an opportunity to harness their medicinal properties. - PIRANHA FISHING: We will prepare for an artisanal fishing tour, where the guide will teach us the local techniques for fishing piranhas. - Lunch: Typical jungle dishes. - After lunch, take some time to relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the camp’s pool. - Dinner - NIGHT CANOEING & CAIMAN WATCHING: We will head out in canoes to search for caimans, learning about their role in nature and then safely releasing them. *****DAY 03: - Breakfast - BOTANICAL WALK: We will take a botanical walk to learn about the main trees and medicinal plants found in the Amazon. - YANAYACU RIVER NAVIGATION: We will embark on a “peque peque” boat to navigate the Yanayacu River, a remote corner of the jungle that hosts astonishing biodiversity, with lush forests, winding rivers, and unique wildlife. - GIANT TREE TRAIL: Our goal is to reach the giant tree where we can make a wish to Mother Nature at the base of the Lupuna tree. - YAGUAS INDIGENOUS TRIBE: This visit will allow you to learn about their ancestral customs, admire their traditional attire made from palm fibers, and even test your aim with the “pucuna” (blowgun) that the Yaguas have used for centuries to hunt. - Lunch at the Lodge: Typical jungle dishes. - After lunch, take some time to relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the pool. At the appropriate time, we will board our boat to return to Iquitos. - Return to the city of Iquitos.

Enjoy a night in the jungle and immerse yourself in the sounds of the Amazon. ****DAY 01: - Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the Bellavista Nanay port. - On board our comfortable and safe typical boat, the journey along the Amazon River will allow you to appreciate a wonderful panorama where the river’s magnificence winds through the lush jungle. - Sightseeing of gray or pink dolphins during the trip. - Visit to the “Indigenous Community – KUKAMA TRIBE“. We will visit and dance with them, as they have been guardians of the region’s biodiversity, using their deep knowledge of plants and natural medicine to survive in this challenging environment. Additionally, their rich oral tradition has passed down stories and myths explaining their origin and relationship with nature. - MONKEY ISLAND – Neyser : Continuing our navigation along the Amazon, we will enter a stream to visit monkeys in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by various species of monkeys that inhabit this place, where we can learn about each one, feed them, play, and take photos with them… all in their natural habitat! - Arrival at our Lodge where a brief explanation of the rules that govern the sustainability of the lodge and its surroundings will allow you to better understand the jungle. - Lunch: Typical jungle dishes. (Vegetarian options available upon prior request) - SWIMMING IN THE AMAZON: After lunch, we will take a 30-minute rest before heading out to enjoy the refreshing waters of the Amazon River, relax on its beaches, and experience the “flowering bath” in the black mud. - AMAZON SUNSET: Observation of the beautiful sunset over the Amazon (weather permitting), as well as spotting pink dolphins (seasonal). - Dinner. - NIGHT EXCURSION: A walk through the lush jungle to observe different species of insects, tarantulas, frogs, scorpions, monkeys, and nocturnal birds. ****DAY 02: - AMAZON SUNRISE: Observation of the sunrise and listening to and spotting various bird species. - Breakfast at the Lodge. - WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTER: We will head to the Wildlife Rescue Center (“Fundo Rony”) to observe and interact with some of the varieties of wildlife, such as sloths, monkeys, macaws, toucans, boa constrictors, and turtles. - AMAZONIAN SUGAR MILL: Tasting of artisanal macerated drinks such as camu camu, the “7 roots,” and ginger, which offer an opportunity to enjoy their medicinal properties. - PIRANHA FISHING: Next, we will prepare for the Artisan Fishing Tour, where the guide will teach us local fishing techniques for piranhas. - Self-service lunch with typical jungle dishes. - After the meal, take some time to digest and explore the camp surroundings or relax by the pool. - Return to Iquitos.

Explore the Amazon on a 3-day guided tour. Take a trip on the river, meet a local tribe, and admire stunning jungle landscapes. Day 1After pickup from Iquitos airport, head straight to the Port of Nanay to board a boat. Sail to where the Nanay River meets the Amazon. Take a 2.5-hour trip along the Amazon River to the lodge where you will be staying. Enjoy lunch and a chance to relax in the lodge's hammock room. Next, visit an eco-butterfly farm and a riverside eco-village. Return to the lodge for dinner before spotting tarantulas, snakes, insects, and birds on a night excursion. Day 2Get up early to watch the sunrise. Spot herons, eagles, parakeets, and exotic birds. Then, return to the lodge for breakfast and free time. After lunch, fish for piranhas and more. Enjoy the sunset, followed by dinner and traditional Amazonian tales back at the lodge. Day 3After breakfast, set off on a botanical plant walk and search for lianas. Enjoy lunch at the lodge before checking out and heading back to Iquitos. From there, be transferred to your hotel or the airport by motorcycle taxi.

The tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel at 9:00 AM. After a short walk to the dock, you’ll board a boat to cruise along the Itaya River for approximately 15 minutes, before connecting with the mighty Amazon River, known as the most impressive river in the world. As you sail, your guide will provide fascinating insights into the region, and with a bit of luck, you'll catch a glimpse of the pink and grey dolphins in their natural habitat. Your first stop will be at a natural reserve, where you'll be amazed by the gigantic Victoria Regia water lilies, the largest aquatic plants in the Amazon. You’ll also have the chance to feed paiches, alligators, and piranhas, all part of the rich Amazon ecosystem. Next, you will visit a wildlife rescue center, where you’ll encounter species such as toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths. This will be a unique opportunity to see and learn about the Amazon's diverse wildlife. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch at our lodge, followed by a peaceful canoe ride across Shanshococha Lagoon, where you can observe the incredible biodiversity of the Amazon lakes. To end your day, you’ll visit the Yagua native community, where you’ll experience their way of life, traditional clothing, and handmade crafts. Finally, after a great journey through the jungle, you’ll return to the dock and head back to Iquitos, arriving at approximately 5:00 PM. End of services.

These provide a unique opportunity to experience their medicinal properties. At the appropriate time, we will take our boat back to Iquitos. ****At the end of the tour, we will return to the Nanay pier via the river. Upon arriving in Iquitos, our services will conclude.

Set sail from the pier of the Iquitos Boulevard and cruise down the Itaya River to meet the Amazon River. Visit a center that specializes in the breeding of paiches, fish also known as piracuru, as well as piranhas, macaws, lizards, and turtles. For a one-of-a-kind experience, try feeding these animals. Head to the great pond filled with the famous Victoria amazonica lily pads, the world’s largest leaves. Then, proceed to the Amazon viewpoint, which promises magical vistas over the legendary surrounding landscape. Enjoy some downtime on the hammocks, while taking in impressive views of the jungle and the Amazon River. Then, take a 15-minute walk into the jungle to see the gigantic and mythical Lupuna tree, said to possess magical properties and considered the protectors of the jungle. Before returning to the city, visit the Serpentary, where you can see the anaconda’s cage.

Itinerary Day 1 We will leave Iquitos at 9:00 a.m. and head for the Amazon, the most popular river in the world due to its great length and flow. We will board a boat to tour this lung of the American continent that has a dense rainforest, the largest on the planet. What trees grow in the Amazon? What animals inhabit this paradise? We will discover it! We will admire a curious phenomenon of nature when we arrive at the Nanay River, since the color of its waters changes with respect to the Amazon. If we are lucky, we will be able to see some of the pink dolphins that inhabit the jungle. Our animal adventure will continue at the lizard farm, where we will also see piaches. On this tour we will discover all the details about this fish, which can reach up to 3 meters in length. Did you imagine that such a large fish would prowl the rivers of Peru? At around 1:30 p.m., we will move to the shore of the Amazon River, where we will stay in a two-story house made of jungle materials. Once there, we will rest and recharge our batteries with a complete menu. We will set off again at 3:00 pm. We will visit the Yagua natives, a people with an economy based on agriculture, fishing and hunting. What is the mythology of the Yagua people? What are their rituals? Are they isolated people? Our guide will answer these and other questions. We will return to the lodge complex at 5:00 p.m. for another rest and dinner. We will take a night walk to listen carefully to the songs emitted by birds and insects. We will learn which sound corresponds to which animal. After the walk, we will retire for a night in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Day 2 We will leave the house early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in the Amazon (around 5:00 am). We will contemplate how the colors begin to filter into the dense jungle as the sun rises, a memory that will be hard to forget! We will spend the morning observing the birds of all colors that inhabit the Peruvian jungle. This opportunity will allow us to see unique species on the planet, such as the impressive scarlet macaw. Before continuing, we will replenish our strength with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, we will head to the serpentarium, a kind of reserve for animals that have been rescued. Despite its name, it is also home to sloths, ocelots, turtles and parrots. In this area, we will refresh ourselves with delicious drinks made from medicinal plants and tree bark. We will return to the lodge at 12:30 to rest before lunch. At 2:30 p.m. we will board again a boat that will take us back to Iquitos, where we will return at around 4:30 p.m. Lodging The lodging for this excursion is in cabins with private room and bathroom. You can choose whether you prefer a double bed or two single beds in the room.
