Thiago our guide was very informative with a nice personality, not only did he cover all historical events, also gave his local knowledge of best restaurants and hidden bars to visit Thiago made the tour relaxing and interesting BUT We had six people in our group and My husband and I was the only ones that paid in advance, when we arrived we found out that the other 4 people hadn’t paid due to it being a free walking tour Found this very annoying that a company can take money in advance and then offer it for free on the day Had we’d known it was free we would not have booked and just turned up

We met in a quiet square on the northern side of the city centre, picked up the bikes from a building on the square (they are not ebikes by the way, but they have 7 gears so the gentle hills on the ride are no issue). Rode around stopping from time to time for some history and explanation from our extremely on knowledgeable guide. We were lucky with nice weather but this was an awesome start to the weekend in Brussels...getting to see and learn at a comfortable pace. We also stopped at a very nice bar in the park near the end

Well-balanced between guided tour and free time. The guided tours in both Bruges and Ghent were very interesting and informative.

Sebastian was a fabulous guide. He was full of useful information but didn't over load us.

A really incredible morning! This is an absolute MUST DO!!
