The trip was great, but I don't recommend buying tickets in advance because my experience was bad. I bought a one-way ticket from the airport to Brussels and it was great because I landed and got on the bus, but I also bought a return ticket from Brussels to the airport and it was a big mistake because due to a national transport strike the flight was cancelled, I found out 5 hours before and I couldn't cancel the ticket. There is no problem buying the tickets at the time because the buses go by continuously and if one is full there is another one waiting or it arrives right away. I hope this review helps you, I have already learned for another time. Greetings

I have read a lot of negative reviews about the shuttle bus and was really nervous maiming a booking but i shouldn’t have worried at all. They time the buses so they align with flight times. I got off my flight and went straight to stop 1 at the terminal and the coach was there waiting for me! The spaces do fill up on a first come first served basis so you really do have to get off the plane and get out quickly but the same goes with any form of public transportation. I only booked a single to Brussels but as my experience was great I will be booking my return journey to the airport with them. too.

Seats were a bit cramped and bus rather full on the way back to the airport but other than that good experience
