Valeria, our guide, was very knowledgeable and interesting. The tour covered all of the history both recent and ancient of the Old Town of Monopoli and through the “porta” to the “new” town. Valeria told us interesting little anecdotes and was very good at connecting past events with current issues. We learnt about why Italian churches were restored during the Reformation and the legend of the repair of the roof of the cathedral. She is clearly very passionate about her city and is able to convey this enthusiasm throughout her tour. We would highly recommend this tour with Valeria.

Our guide Teriana was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and knowledgable. We enjoyed learning about Bari’s history, culture and tasting the different street foods. A lovely way to spent 3 hours to orient oneself to the city.
