As an expressive arts teacher I absolutely loved this museum - I wish we had something like this in Dundee! The interactive exhibits were superb and the museum has lots to offer adults as well as children. There were some local children at the museum with their teacher on the day of my visit and p,entry of enjoyable activities for them to participate in. The museum has 4 floors, each with a different musical focus, from famous Austrian composers through the ages, an interactive activity conducting a Viennese orchestra, the science behind sound and musical instruments, and many other exhibits. I spent over 4 hours in the museum and didn’t even notice the time passing! Well worth a visit.

Beautiful building, beautiful music, and talented musicians! The only note I would have is that depending on where you sit in the church, the acoustics can muddy the sound somewhat. Also, the lift was out of order so construction scaffolding in the church obstructed taking nice pictures. Other than those minor things, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful evening of music in "inner city" Vienna.

I can't think of anything that would have made the concert better. We arrived early and we got the first seats in the front of the church. Also, they added regular chairs on the side so we were comfortably seated. Being up front, it was really interesting to see how musicians communicate visually among each other while playing.

We didn't want to commit to a 2 hour concert, it was something we did more for the experience, so this was a good option for budget and time... It was actually really beautiful and definitely an experience to remember.

Great performance inside a small church. First part was playing Mozart’s music and the second part for Haydn. Lasted for 70 mins and the duration was just perfect. Highly recommend for everyone who visited Vienna.
