Andres communicated with me ahead of the tour so all travel arrangements were clarified. He also called to discuss options because storms caused dramatic flooding across the country, impacting roads, closing parks and the airport. He could have just canceled our tour but, he arranged for us to go the following day instead. Because of the historic storms and unsafe conditions we couldn’t visit the waterfall (closed) but we had the best day- and a very full day tour. Roads were still washed out with lots of potholes to maneuver but Andres drove safely and carefully while sharing tons of information about the area. At the tour site we were amazed by very active white-faced monkeys, howlers and spider monkeys. A baby sloth was a highlight! We made our own chocolates, coffee and pressed sugar cane into liquid. Lunch was at a fantastic local restaurant with a butterfly garden attached ending a very full day. Much appreciated Andres, absolutely recommend his services. Pura vida!

The trip was incredible! I was particularly impressed by the wildlife sightings. Among other things, I saw frogs, birds, monkeys and sloths. Afterwards, there was some information about coffee and cocoa production. You make your own coffee and make your own chocolate ball - the taste was really very special and natural. During all these activities, the tour guide (Andrés) answered all questions and provided plenty of local knowledge. I was so impressed by the quality that I booked another tour with the team the very next day.

Seeing the toucans ( we had 4 in one tree, then more sightings of 2 in trees) were so unbelievably colorful!!!! The sloths were so funny to see as we saw 5 different ones. The rain forest was so lush, with rain and sun switching made it lovely! Loved the waterfall experience swimming in the fresh clear water underneath. Our guide Andres was so knowledgeable, we learned so much. The fresh coffee was the best I ever tasted too!! Such a fun day.

It was phenomenal! Melvin, our tour guide, and Diego, our driver, were wonderful. Very interactive and easy to talk to. Spoke great English. Great with kids.

It was great. We saw a turtle spawning. Very impressive. I can definitely recommend this tour.
