The tour itself was great. Friendly staff and my family enjoyed the photoshoot and the video souvenir. However, Get ur Guide made a last minute cancellation 23 days before the day of the tour, saying their "local tour partner did not have enough spots" for my family with the specific time I booked. They emailed me about and I did not see the email a week after. They offered me for another day "if this will work with your schedule" At the time the prices for the tour for another day went up and it was also an inconvenience that we had to change the day. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I accepted. Therefore, ensure when booking with this company, ensure that your booking is confirmed and that there is enough seats/slots.
We didn’t end up using the coach transfer but Premium Tours were soooo helpful and arranged for our tickets to be ready to collect at the ticket office when we arrived by car. I can’t rate them highly enough! The studio tour itself is amazing, a real once-in-a-lifetime experience! Perfect for any Harry Potter fan, young or old.
Booked tickets, but better if you also book a set time slot. We had to wait an added 30 minutes to enter due to capacity rulings. Very good museum but we were expecting to see more old busses. Cafe quite pricey too, so we cannot comment on the service there. Shop well stocked with some very good items and prices not too bad.
Was a great experience. Tour was super fun and enjoyed the freedom to roam around the studio. Bus ride was comfortable and the driver James was knowledgable and shared plenty stories and fun facts on the way back to and from.
Was amazing we where a family of 5 kids from 7 to 13 year old and they all loved it as well as us adults. From pick up to drop off our driver Could not have been any nicer.
