Great experience. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. We enjoyed the performance except the belly dancer. We didn't like her at all. Two years ago I went on the same cruise and the bellydancer was fantastic. Very beautiful and with a smile on her face. The food was ok. The cruise to Bosporus something worthseeing. Transportation from our hotel ok... but felt exposed because noone was wearing a face mask for COVID 19 and the driver didn't say anything.

The place is nice and clean. But kids between 5 and seven years old might not have a lot of things to do due to heights regulations. They will not enjoy babies section and most of thrilling games needs 120 cm height and above.1cm less is a big issue for them. The worst thing about it is when you leave you will not find a taxi. We stayed there for an hour and then we went by a bus that we dont know where was it going. We made a very long trip from buses to metro and back home. Make sure you arrange your trip with a taxi to take you back before you go. Still its a nice experience for both you and your kids.

Pick-up from the hotel "Novotel" on the minute. Very friendly staff on the ship. Food was good. Unfortunately none of the German spoke even though it was in the description. With your own vocabulary and an app, communication is no problem. Would book this trip again and recommend it.
