I used the epass for 5 out of 7 days of my visit to istanbul. the guides were very good and clear. love how you can just ask on the WhatsApp group and get a response quickly. some timings clash so need to spread out your visit checking time tables. I'd planned mines months in advance however a day before one of the scheduled activities was cancelled meaning it was no longer a tour and you could do it your self. this meant no pickup and did not include a skylift. What I was disappointed with. skipping the lines with the tours is so much easier and better if travelling with kids. the sapanca and bursa tours can be better planned to include more actual places of interest and less of the overpriced shops. the food on these tours were similar and standard. nothing special. the drivers are friendly and drop you back to hotels where it's stated. tip 1. plan in advance however check which activities can be done together tip 2. be ready to walk uphills ect. tip 3. comfy shoe tip 4. recheck

Great service, especially to avoid the queues at the most crowded places. The only drawback is that it is not available in Spanish and you need to know English to understand the guides during the visits and activities. Essential especially if you are travelling to Istanbul for 4 or more days, as you will be able to make the most of it. In my case, I was only two and a half days in, so we were unable to take advantage of many of the activities included in the e-pass. The support is great and they are always available via WhatsApp to resolve any questions that may arise. In short, although it may seem expensive at first, it is totally worth buying.

Honestly it was amazing the customer support team get back to you in minutes if you have any questions, they were amazing its reasonably priced and the guides who give you tours are awesome. They really spend time explaining things so you get a good experience. The airport transfers were amazing i honestly would recommend this pass for anyone who is coming to istanbul and wants to see all the main sights. It was very easy to use honestly haven't got a bad word to say and can't recommend it enough. 5 stars service.

Our guide was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful - adapting the visits to our varying interests and pointing out details and stories that we would simply have missed on our own - while keeping up with our stream of questions.

I would recommend min 3 day pass if anyone wants to buy. Otherwise there is no point buying this as the schedule will get too tight.
