Day 1: Arusha - Serengeti National Park Start your safari and camping adventure with hotel pickup from Arusha at 8:00 AM. Drive to Serengeti National Park with your complimentary packed lunch. Take a game drive en route to the campsite. Serengeti National Park is home to lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest, eland, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles and many birds, including Eurasia migrant birds. Have dinner and stay overnight in a tent at Serengeti Seronera Campsite. Day 2: Full Day at Serengeti After breakfast, you will go on wide-ranging morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Your guide will locate the flocks of migrant birds and the herds. Spot carnivores like big cats and hyenas. See the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra in action. Learn about the park as you drive and see why the Maasai gave the park the name Serengeti, which means “endless plains”. Break for lunch and dinner at the campsite and spend one more night at Serengeti Seronera Campsite. Day 3: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater Wake up at 6:00 AM for early-morning game drives in Serengeti. Return at 9:00 AM to the campsite for breakfast.  Then, check out and set off for Ngorongoro Crater. Eat lunch and view game en route to the largest unbroken caldera in the world, which serves as a protected habitat for thousands of mammals and birds. Spend a full day on the crater floor spotting lions, hyenas, wildebeest, zebras, black rhinoceros, and many species of small antelopes. Use this unique setting at one of the few places in Africa to stand a good chance of seeing the Big Five in the course of a game drive. Your guide will explain the formation of the crater and the immense eruption that caused it. You will also see Maasai cattle and buffalo grazing together with lions mere meters away. Have dinner and spend the night at Ngorongoro Simba “A” Campsite.  Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Floor – Arusha Have breakfast and then drive off at 7:30 AM to Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend to the crater floor for game drives. See flamingos on Soda Lake and geese, storks, and vultures in the surrounding area. Then, break for lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site. After lunch, get in some final game viewing while ascending the crater. Finish your safari adventure with drop-off at your hotel in Arusha.

Following pickup from your accommodation, you'll head to the Materuni Village. Once there, take a short but challenging hike to the Materuni Falls where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Following that, visit a coffee farm to learn about how coffee is grown, harvested, and processed. You will then try your hand at roasting and preparing a fresh cup of raw and local coffee. Once your coffee-making experience has concluded, head to the Materuni village for a local lunch. You will then drive to a warm-water spring, which is one of the best places to swim in the area. At the conclusion of your experience, your friendly driver will return you back to your accommodation.

3. 2 Days 1 Night Tarangire & Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, your driver-guide will collect you and your safari will commence. You will drive from Moshi to Tarangire National Park. This takes approximately 3 hours. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, being the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. The park is famous for its huge number of elephants, baobab trees, and tree climbing African pythons. The park covers an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers. You will enjoy a day of game viewing, with a picnic lunch looking out over the river to break up the time in the car. After a nice game drive, before it gets dark, you will drive to the lodge or campsite for dinner and an overnight stay. After breakfast the next day, you will drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area (NCA) - a UNESCO world heritage site. Once in the NCA you will see the Rift Valley and animals like elephant, buffalos, zebra, monkeys, and birds. The main feature of the NCA is the Ngorongoro Crater, a large, unbroken, unflooded volcanic caldera. You will then enter the crater and witness a large concentration of wild animals. This is undoubtedly the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as well as prides of lions. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a wide variety of water birds. Other game commonly sighted included cheetahs, hyenas, and lots of other members of the antelope family. After completing your drive, you will return back to Moshi or Arusha.

4. Mount Kilimanjaro Day Trip Trekking from Arusha or Moshi

Depart from Arusha at 7.30 AM and drive to Moshi region for breakfast (at your own cost). Proceed to Kilimanjaro National Park which is home to the highest peak of Africa. Mount Kilimanjaro is the top roof of Africa, reaching 5895 meters above sea level. It is a world heritage site and its outstanding features reach into 3 major volcanic centers: Shira in the West, Mawenzi in the East, and Kibo in the center (the snow-capped peak).  Check in at the gate and embark on your guided hike through the forest. Experience the landscape, unique native vegetation, and local wildlife including monkeys and different species of birds. In addition to this, the forest contains elephant, leopard, buffalo, bushbuck, the endangered Abbott’s dicker, some small antelope, primates, rodents and much more. Depending on your fitness level, arrive at Mandara Hut for a picnic lunch after 3-4 hours of walking. After taking lunch, continue on to the Maundi Crater to witness incredible panoramas. Finally, hike back down for 2 hours to Marangu Gate where the van will be waiting for you to return you back to your accommodation in the evening.

Day 1: Your day will begin as you are picked up early in the morning from your Arusha-based hotel. Following a brief introduction, your guide will direct you to your awaiting jeep in which you will begin your memorable African safari. You will drive for 4 hours, passing through the Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Park and getting a glimpse of its famous crater. Your day tour begins with your hotel pickup in the morning, and heading south to stunning Tarangire National Park. Arrive at the Tarangire National Park for game viewing. In the afternoon you will stop for a picnic lunch. Your afternoon game-drive will reveal all the wonders of Tarangire, a National Park often referred to as the 'Elephant Playground'. Herds of up to 300 of these mighty mammals are sometimes seen in the park. Serengeti may be better known, but Tarangire in the dry season easily rivals it for animal densities. As well as the herds of elephant Tarangire is home to buffalo, lion, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle while gerenuk and fringe-eared Oryx are 'local specialties'. Lake Burungi's marshy shores are the lure for these mammals and the waters attract many beautiful bird species, too. Take a day trip to mighty Mount Kilimanjaro on a guided journey to one of Tanzania’s most majestic sights. Follow your experienced guide up to Mandara Hut and enjoy the views from 2,700 meters above sea level. You’ll be picked up from your hotel and driven to the national park to meet your guide. At Marangu Gate your guide will give you a brief introduction before you enter the park. You’ll spend the rest of the morning trekking through the rainforest, giving ample opportunity to see monkeys and exotic birds. After 3 or 4 hours of trekking you’ll reach Mandara Hut for a well-earned rest and lunch. 10. From Arusha: Lake Manyara National Park Full-Day Trip

Start the trip with hotel or international airport pick up in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. After a brief introduction, set off for Lake Manyara National Park, known for its incredible flamingos that inhabit the lakeside during the wet season.  Begin your tour of the park and marvel at the 400 species of birds which inhabit the park, many of which remain throughout the year. Because of this Lake Manyara National Park is an excellent spot for bird watching. Visitors to the park can expect to see upwards of 100 different species of bird on any day. As you drive into the interior of the park, keep your eyes peeled for big cats such as leopards, Masai lions, and cheetas. The leopards and lions are both known to lounge in the trees while not hunting for prey. Try to spot other mammals including elephants, blue monkeys, dik-dik, gazelles, Masai giraffe, impala, zebras, and more. Continue on to the hippopotamus pond at one end of the park where you will have the opportunity to get out of your van and observe from a safe distance. Enjoy a late lunch in one of the many nearby camps. In the late afternoon depart for Arusha town where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Julius our tour guide is the best choice. But donnot forget about Amidi, who is the best cook far away in Serengeti. Each day was a great adventure in the Land Rover with Julius behind the wheel.

Mega cool safari !! Well worth it, good cook, good driver, saw all the animals we wanted to see! Definitely recommended!
