Update August 9th: The flow of new lava at Litli-Hrutur has stopped, at least for the time being. The area is still smoldering and is fascinating to visit. Enjoy the mountain views at Lake Kleifarvatn and hike to the erupting volcano at Litli Hrutur volcano on this day trip from Reykjavík. Have the option to select pickup and drop-off.
