Start your Quito night tour in the northern part of the city and travel through the most important commercial areas where most of the hotels are located. Explore aboard a replica of the trams used in the city in the last century. Head to the historic center to gaze at the illuminated churches and main tourist attractions. Discover some of the city's unique landscapes (tickets not included). Then, continue to Mirador del Panecillo (entrance included) for a beautiful view of colonial and modern day Quito. During the tour, you will get to know the people who live in this city better, and begin to recognize their way of speaking and thinking. During your visit to the city, your guide will tell you all about the historic urban legends that are a part of the traditional and cultural heritage of the people of Quito.

From your hotel, the tour starts with a visit to the old town visiting Plaza Grande, and La Compañia de Jesús, San Francisco and La Basilica Churches. You then continue onto Panecillo Hill, a magnificent viewpoint overlooking the city. Leaving the old town, head to the cable car Teleférico, traveling to 4,200 meters above sea level to view all of Quito. Following a 45-minute drive, you will find yourself in the middle of the world, visiting the equator line monument and Intiñan museum. Another 45-minute will have you back at your hotel. The tour itinerary is very flexible and lunch could be provided in either the middle of the world or in the old town.

Start the day with a visit to San Bartolome, a charming town at the foot of the stunning Andes mountain range, with amazing views of the sprawling valley below. San Bartolome is famous for its crafty guitar artisans, so take some time to visit a traditional shop to observe the process of making this musical instrument. Continue on to the town of Chordeleg, renowned throughout the country for its ceramic, gold and silver jewelry and, above all, for its fine filigree work made of gold and silver threads. Spend some time browsing the many fascinating stores, and learning more about the town's many talents. The last stop of the day is the town of Gualaceo, where you will visit two important markets, known for their variety of products and the colorful scenery. Enjoy a short break for lunch, and then continue to a textile shop where you'll observe some back strap loom and horizontal loom weaving. You'll also learn about the captivating Hispanic technique of “Ikat” to make shawls and ponchos.

You will begin your tour with a pick-up from your hotel. The tour will then continue from Basilica Church, where you will make a brief stop next to San Juan Mirador from where you will have a beautiful view of the colonial center of Quito.  After walking through the colonial streets, you will then stop at the Independence Plaza to admire the cathedral and the Government Palace. You will also visit La Ronda Street, the Company Church, Santo Domingo Church, Sagrario Church and San Francisco Church, which was built during the 17th century.  After visiting the historical sights, you'll go to the Teleférico. This is one of the best ways to enjoy the city with views of the beautiful valleys, snow-capped mountains and Quito, the capital. From a point at more than 13,000 feet (4000 meters), you will enjoy magnificent views, as well as a horseback riding tour which will last between 2 to 3-hours going up to almost 3 miles above sea level.

This excursion takes from two and a half to three hours. Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 p.m. to start a short evening drive along Quito's most interesting sites, like The Church and Square of San Blas, founded in 1568; the Sucre Theatre, an exceptional building of the 19th century; the Convent of El Carmen Bajo and many other architectonic jewels! You will do a wonderful full walk along the main streets, plus quick stops in the most beautiful spots of Quito's colonial town, in order to see the incredible structures, buildings, monasteries, churches and squares lighted up by the moonlight and splendid colours! This is the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the lovely atmosphere of Quito at night. It is also possible to visit the charming neighbourhood of La Ronda where we can try one the most famous home-made-cocktails of the sierra region called “Canelazo”, which is a mixture of a hot cinnamon tea, passion fruit juice and a few drops of a safe local “moon shine”. After your unforgettable walk, you will drive up to the top of "El Panecillo" hill, which is located at 3.200 meters above sea level (10,000 ft), to appreciate the beautiful contrast of colourful lights on the squares and avenues, distributed in the irregular topography of the city. On the way back to the hotel you will stop in front of the Basilica de Quito, an extraordinary church built with neo-gothic style! You will be back in your hotel approximately at 9:30 p.m.

Enjoy a 4-hour tour of Quito City. Visit Panecillo Hill and enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Continue to the impressive Basilica del Voto Nacional and the "San Juan Mirador,” where you can take in the Colonial center of Quito. After walking through the colonial streets, stop at the Plaza de la Independencia ("Independence Plaza") to admire the cathedral and the Carondelet Palace, the seat of the government. Visit Ronda Street, the Compañía de Jesús church, Santo Domingo Church, La Iglesia de El Sagrario and the Church and Convent of St. Francis, which was built during the 17th century.  Finally, return to your hotel.

Your tour guide will pick you up at 8:30 a.m. from your hotel, due to the viewpoint of the volcano Pululahua, one of the two inhabited craters in the world. This volcanic complex consists of a main boiler, a central volcano with two craters and the remains of a third party, and several volcanic domes within the caldera located on the edge and outside of it. Then we head to the Intiñan Museum, geographically located at 0 degrees, 0 minutes and 0 seconds, that marks the division between northern and southern hemispheres as established by the French Geodesic Mission in the eighteenth century, you will see beautiful displays of different ethnic groups in Ecuador, plus the story of their lifestyles, explained by a specialist tour guide! This is an opportunity to be photographed with both of your feet on the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time! On the way back to Quito, you will see from the road the Equatorial Monument. In the afternoon you go to the colonial town of Quito, officially considered the first world cultural heritage site (UNESCO 1978). During your walk, you will pass through the Independence Square, scenery of many dramatic battles of revolution in the history of the Republic of Ecuador. And you will have the opportunity to visit the Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace, the Church of the Society of Jesus of Quito, summit of the Latin America Baroque style, the charming neighbourhood of La Ronda, and the Church and Convent of San Francisco, built in 1540.
