Ideal for visitors who like to commune with nature, while experiencing an adrenaline-fuelled day, you will hop on the back of a safari-style truck, where a team of experienced guides and drivers await. Note that only 12 of the 27 waterfalls will be visited, since doing the 27 waterfalls would take greater physical preparation. After a short safety briefing, glide across the natural water springs, bathing in heavenly caves. A labyrinth of tunnels and chutes are scattered around the waterfalls, some reaching heights of up to 13 feet. Somersault with the grace of aquatic birds, as your guide keep a watchful eye. Walk an interpretative rainforest trail to come face-to-face with Mother Earth, and wildlife waits to be greeted. Leap headfirst, swimming crossways, and sliding down natural waterslides. It was nice to have an exclusive tour guide for just me and my husband. It’s a better way of optimizing your time on a brief visit because they drive you to/from each of the stops without waiting for a whole group. Our tour guide, Mara was terrific! Her English was great and was very kind. Knowledgeable of the city/culture. Lilo, our driver was also friendly and very patient with us. They brought us to the main highlights of the city, and especially liked the authentic local lunch treat! It was quite a walk (about 15min) to the meeting point from the Taino Bay cruise port but that was the only exit out so that’s not on them. Otherwise we enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience! It was a little more walking than expected, however, it was well worth it. The rainforest and spring fed river with waterfalls and jumps/slides was absolutely beautiful. Our guides with DSRR transportation accompanied us during the complete trip and were extremely friendly and kind. We felt very safe the entire time.

Diana was am amazing host! Kept conversations the entire time! Knew facts about what seemed to be every part of the Island! Kept us engaged and made us feel like friends and not just customers or guests! I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to feel like they want to actually experience Santo Domingo!

It has been a very complete activity. They wait for you at the departure of the Cruise, they have Wi-Fi on the transport, the food was great and the activity was super fun. We recommend 100%

One of the best excursions I’ve ever been on, be prepared to hike. Be aware that there are a good amount of natural water slides, and jumps.
