Get behind the wheel of a jeep and spend the day exploring the rugged landscapes of Mykonos. Access parts of the island that other vehicles can't reach. Depart from the Old Port of Mykonos Town and drive along the coast to Houlakia Beach. Continue up to the lighthouse for some panoramic views, and then make your way through Marathi. Pass Panormos Beach on the drive to Agios Sostis Bay. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Ano Mera, and stop to admire the ruins of Gyzi Castle, a Venetian castle at Paleokastro. Discover an old abandoned mine as you explore the area around Ano Mera, far from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town. 8. From Athens: 3-Day Trip to Mykonos & Santorini with Lodging

Leaving early in the morning from the center of Athens by shuttle-bus for the port of Rafina where the high speed ferries of Golden Star Ferries are waiting for us to sail away. The ferry departs at 7:15 and arrives in Santorini at 13:30. Upon arrival at the port of Santorini, there will be a driver holding a sign with your name. He will transfer you to your hotel. You will then have free time to explore the island, visit the picturesque settlement “Oia” where you can walk along the cobblestone path that leads to the castle of Oia. At the end of the path, you will have reached the spot from which you will have a unique chance to enjoy the most famous sunset of the world! Take the time to watch the sun diving into the Aegean Sea while it is painting the sky with purple, pink and orange colors! No words can describe the view and the feelings! An experience that will be perfectly accompanied by a glass of Vinsanto wine, the local liquer produced only in Santorini by dried grapes! On the next day, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the port of Santorini, where you will embark on the ferry that sails to Mkonos. Upon arrival at Mykonos, another driver will be waiting for you at the port in order to transfer you to your hotel. Then you will have plenty of time to explore the famous alleys of Matogiannia in the city and walk up to “Little Venice” area to enjoy the view and the whitewashed windmills. The island looks like a small labyrinth and…who knows you might meet the celebrity of the island “Petros the pelican”! Make sure that you find a nice spot to enjoy a cocktail during the sunset! On the next day, you will have have time to go swimming at the golden sand beaches of Mykonos, until the time that our driver will transfer you to the New port of Mykonos, in order to embark on the ferry to Rafina. Upon arrival at the port of Rafina, another driver will be waiting for you at the port and will transfer you to your hotel in Athens.

9. Mykonos Hiking Adventure

Benefit from pick-up at your hotel or the cruise ship port at 08:30, and then head for the traditional farm of Mykonian Spiti in the village of Ano Mera. Receive your hiking equipment, including backpack, water bottle, a small food parcel and traditional hook or stem-style walking stick for your support. Study the route you will take and discuss your objectives before taking a little tour of the cabbage garden and to meet the farm animals. Depart for your hike at 09:15 with a drive to Maou farm, where you can fill your water bottles and, depending on the season, taste some fresh produce such as tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, figs and pears. Cross the narrow streets of Maou between cultured estates and traditional homes, and observe the amateur local fishermen at the edges of the lake's dam. By 10:30 you should arrive at a panoramic point of the dam, 4.1 kilometers from the starting point. Take a short rest before hiking to the beach of Mirsinis for a swim in the sea. Having traveled a total distance of 5.1 kilometers your hike ends or is about to get a bit more challenging, depending on your chosen option! Option A: Choose this option and the itinerary ends at Mirsinis, where you can enjoy a swim in the sea. At around 13.30, you will be driven back to your accommodation or the Mykonian Spiti for lunch (if option chosen). Option B: For those continuing the hike, take a short break of 15 minutes, and then embark on the most difficult path as you face the challenge of "The Wind," 6.1 kilometers from the starting point. See the islands of Ikaria, Samos and Tinos from panoramic viewpoints, aiming to arrive at "The Wind" by around 13:00. Enjoy a longer rest if necessary, and then head to an estate 7.3 kilometers from the starting point. Pass a farm with horses and picturesque buildings to reach your lunch spot on a terrace. Eat in the shade of large eucalyptus trees and give your feet a rest. Then, continue to the finishing point at the shipyards of Elm, where you will have traveled a total of 9.8 kilometers from the starting point. Benefit from pick-up at 14:00, when a car will take you back to the Mykonian Spiti.

After being collected from your Mykonos accommodation, you will visit the old lighthouse of Armenisti. There you will learn about its history, including stories about how hard was to be a lighthouse guard back in the day. You will then gO trekking up through a very old path that even few Mykonians know about. Interact with nature, whilst also learning about the local herbs. You will also be able to see amazing 360-degree views from the tallest mountain of Mykonos. From there you will be free to take photos at the Prophet Ilias Church, which provides a fantastic backdrop for capturing holiday memories. You can then relax whilst watching the sunset accompanied with some homemade juice and a small Mykonian snack possessing traditional Greek flavors.

Amazing service on the boat. Delos is otherworldly and is definitely worth seeing where the spiritual center of ancient Greece was. the food is to die for, and the stop for lunch is in a private bay with great swimming and snorkeling.

The crew was great and very accomodating! They took us around the island to the best spots and we swam to a beach which was beautiful! The food was great and fresh from local ingredients! Great experience and I highly recommend!
