Top 10 things to do in Mallorca
Famous for its beaches, villas, and pearls, Mallorca is a little taste of paradise off Spain's Mediterranean coast. For decades it's been a popular hotspot for summer and winter holidays alike due to its many diverse attractions. Here are ten of the best.
1. La Seu (Palma Cathedral)
Designed by Antoni Gaudí and Miquel Barceló, Palma's magnificent cathedral is unlike any in the world. Mass times vary, but you can be sure to catch one at 9:00AM daily.
5. Fornalutx and Biniaraix
The walk between these two quaint towns covers some of the island's most exuberant scenery, with olive, oak, and pine trees, a watermill, and Fornalutx's citrus-littered cemetery.
6. Jardines d'Alfàbia
Nestled in the rugged mountains of Serra d’Alfàbia, is this ambrosial garden that was once the courtyard of an Arab viceroy. Today, however, it's occupied by rambling farm animals.
8. Puerto de Soller
Soller's port is the scenic highlight of this historic town, with twin lighthouses forming a gateway to its sandy bay. Don't miss touring the seafront on its vintage trams!
9. Illa de Cabrera
If you just can't get enough peace and quiet, then head to this uninhabited islet and National Park off Mallorca's south coast to sunbathe, hike, or explore its old castle.
Visiting Mallorca for the sea and sand? The resort beach of Playa de Muro is one of the best, but if you fancy something a little more isolated, then head to the wilder Es Trenc.
Planning Your Visit
When to visit?
The best time to visit Mallorca is between June and August, when the weather averages about 86°F and the coastal breeze stops temperatures from getting intolerable. This is also when the island hosts its music and film festivals. For a nice wintry trip with mild weather October won't disappointed - it's better-suited to exploring Mallorca's local cultures and historic buildings.

What people are saying about Mallorca
This was by far the best boat trip I have ever been on. We went for our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The food was amazing, and I mean really good-restaurant quality. The boot was immaculate. The guides were informative and kept us all up to date with where we were going, history, etc. They made us a fantastic non alcoholic cocktail too - wow. We got canapés, BBQ and even dessert! I would so recommend this. Other companies had 60 plus people crammed on their boats-ours had 20. Lots of space
This is excellent way to enjoy three hours of quad fun! Even for the first-timers no problem! There is team of professionals who will help you to become familiar with quads and anything else you need to know. We had team leader Pablo who is very good instructor and a fun guy too:)) Special thanks to him!! This is must do tour absolutely. We had our first cliff jump experience and it was worth it all 100%! Highly recommended!! Big thanks for these guys for fun time!
The trip was fantastic! I got the pick up time and place right away just like promised. The tour guide on the bus spoke in 4 languages and gave plenty of information. The driver was friendly and got us there safe and comfortable. We had plenty of time at the Pearl factory and the Caves. The Caves were amazing and definitely worth a trip. Due to Corona we couldn't do the boat tour inside of the cave but we got the live concert which was very pretty to watch.
It was a fantastic experience! I have a few bruises the next day, but it was definitely worth it- so much fun and a highlight of the trip!
We had fantastic time! Definitely we want to use this services again when we return to Mallorca!
