Definitely recommended in Alesund, as the distances are quite long and you only have short stops at the little train. The bus runs every half hour. Important...brought the last ride. We paid €95 for 2 adults and 1 child. Because you can always get on and off and the distances were far, the price is ok. In other cities it costs the same and there are significantly fewer interesting things to see.

Tour of Alesund, requires paper ticket even if you purchased mobile app ticket, so leave time. Doesn’t necessarily run to advertised schedule, even with multiple cruise ships in. Saw/stopped at all major sights and attractions, bus was clean and audio was clear and informative.

Great tour

The tour by bus was very nice and offered all the interesting facts about the place and its history.

It would have been even nicer if the stops were announced in advance.

Great, you can take enough time for sightseeing everywhere.
