What people are saying about Edinburgh
I took my folks ( who are in their 80's ) on the 90 minute Three Bridges Cruise, I bought the tickets on line and headed to the kiosk to be booked in. The ship left on time and the weather was fantastic. There was a valued commentary given by the captain, assisted by a crew member who pointed out things of interest. My folks and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and I would recommend it for people of all ages.
It's worth the trip, especially on a sunny day. I still feel there are too many people allowed on the boat during COVID. There aren't many options in the bar, so I suggest you bring some snacks yourself. There is no food sold on the island - bring your own if you will visit during lunch time.
Managed to take this tour with most of the trip in sunshine. Sat outdoors to catch the fresh air and the sights. Good to hear interesting facts about the tour and its history of the area. These were perfectly timed to where we were. All in, a really enjoyable experience for the family.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us all interested. Shame we couldn’t see everything due to COVID 19 but if we did come back to Edinburgh we will take you up on your offer for the delights in the museum. Even the wet weather didn’t dampen our spirits.
Great fun ! Daniel has us laughing even before we set off .. and all through the tour. Funny and informative. Laugh as you learn . Book this tour if you’ get the chance ( and are reasonably broad-minded !)
