A very good introduction to the town! A minor complaint would be that the receiver and earphone left more to ask as the sound was partly difficult to hear, partly too loud even on the lowest setting. I would have liked to stand more in the shade during the guide’s orations.

Claudia was terrific. Being from Siena she had vast knowledge of and great pride in the history, art, and architecture of this amazing town. Even with the rain she kept us engaged for the entire tour. And her expertise in the Duomo was so very valuable.
