The Sintra and Pena Palace tour is a must do for all travellers to put on the top of their list of things to do when in Lisbon, known locally as Lisboa. The access roads are not easy to negotiate and so organising a driver and guide is essential. The guides provided were wonderful people who knew their stuff.
