The music was incredible and Leonardo did a nice job of finding the translations for us. Going Sunday when the 3rd singer is there is a great idea! The slightly sparkling green wine was really nice too. The snacks weren't the best that I had in the country, but they were decent and the owner brought something different for vegetarians in our group. The owner is a really nice guy too - I'd go back!
Very informative and great fado music. Since you don’t have the courage to include a “What did you least enjoy” box,I will include it here. We almost missed the tour. We got there 20 minutes early at a crowded public place with no guidance on who to look for. Having paid $112 we did not expect it to be the guy with the “Free Lisbon Tours” umbrella!
Andrei was amazing and his knowledge of Portuguese wine is endless! He made the effort in getting to know us and was interactive throughout the whole tasting. I especially loved how he gave us a tiny bottle of moscatel as a souvenir. Thank you so much!! You made this tasting fun and awesome!
We did this tour on our first night in Lisbon with our family- all adults. Our guides Claudia and Ze were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and fun. It was also fun to be part of a group and experience Fado and dinner. The food was tasty and the restaurant was very accommodating.
Do this. You get 8 glasses of wine, all different types, with lots of information about them to forget because you drank 8 glasses of wine. The cheese and meat platter is refilled on demand and Andrei is super charming and charismatic. Great value for a great afternoon.
