just back from our day trip to Santo Domingo and what started out as a washout with heavy down pours and thunderstorms got better and turned out a great wee experience in the city. our guide Victor was a great man and very knowledgeable and kept us entertained and showed us around some great sights and learned some interesting facts of this great city. we were taking to a great wee gift shop to buy some gifts where we were also treated to some of there local drink, manojamana then across to a chocolate shop to try some local samples also before a buffet lunch and a museum tour. by the afternoon the sun was shining above us and we drove out to some underwater lakes in caves to end the day. the whole experience was well organised by the company M&E Tours as well as Victor our great tour guide. thanks again for a great day 😀
