Warsaw Day trips

Communications were very clear. We got our confirmation for the tour and the schedule a day before, as it had been promised. Even though the initial travel plan (by train from Warsaw to Krakow) was changed due to guides’ availability, the tour provider organized direct transfer from the hotel in Warsaw to the camps, then to Krakow, and then back to the hotel. No extra money was charged. Our driver Marciej was punctual, very helpful, thoughtful, and polite. He was assisting our group through every single step of the tour: shared interesting historical facts about the city near the camps and about Krakow; made sure that everyone goes through the security checkpoint and handled us directly to our guide. His driving and English skills are also top notch! Our guide Lidia was very polite and well educated on the topic. She would interact with our group asking us questions and answering ours. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend!
