Absolutely worth it! This is the one tour my partner and I booked during our 2 weeks on Crete. We learned and saw so much that we never would have on our own. Stavros was fun, engaging, and genuine. It’s clear he cares a lot about his home island and sharing it with others. The van was very comfortable, and I preferred this small group tour (6-7 people max) as opposed to the large buses you often see. I also appreciate that this is a small, independently-owned business that supports other small businesses during the tour! Stavros is a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide, and he even followed up with suggestions for the rest of our trip. We will be recommending this tour company to our friends and family who decided to visit Crete in the future, and we ourselves hope to be back one day!
We had booked for 4 people but two were ill before the trip and decided they wiuldnt go. Although I was a bit quesey on the trip, staff couldn't do enough to make our trip enjoyable. Katrina and the skipper were lovely hosts. We enjoyed a delicious meal on board. The toilet could do with a new make over though!
Was an excellent day. Lots of cool stops and interesting information from our guide. Wine stop was amazing in a nice place with lots of information on all the wines. Would definitely recommend too all!
This was the highlight of our trip! We learned so much about not only prepping and cooking and prepping the food, but about the history of the island!
Excellent cheerful guide, cool car - Land Rover. Very tasty lunch, cool views from the mountains.
