Veronica was calm, professional and caring when I needed extra time before climbing the last few steps and ensured that I was feeling okay before continuing with providing the remainder of the tour information at the top. I couldn't imagine a better guide. Would highly recommend.

Our tourguide was Rosa, she could tell us about every single spot in Florence we passed. Her 'little secrets of Florence' made the trip magnificent! The tour starts off outside on Piazza della Signoria, and you are guided through the city before entering Duomo. Lets not forget the complementary icecream stop right before the climb, to get some sugar into everyone. The "skip the line" is so worth it, because the line to enter the main enterance loops twice around Duomo and we just had to wait for a few minutes to be let in on the side. Don't forget to bring your Green Pass and have it ready before entering Duomo. After entering Duomo you get a stunning glance at the kathedreal just before climbing a windy staircase which leads to an magneficent birds eye view of the kathedral. Imagine with me the final few steps (463 total) to the top and being able to see all of Florence. Unforgettable. If you ever visit Florence, please do yourself the favour of taking this tour.
