Alexander was wonderful, attentive, and could answer all questions. Despite the terrible crowd, he did his job perfectly. I would prohibit taking parents with small children into the group, as they are a terrible nuisance in the crowd and create difficulties for others.

Our guide Alessandra was wonderful!!! An energy and passion that he managed to convey in every explanation. Congratulations for the enthusiasm and friendliness with which he accompanied us to discover this beautiful castle and its garden.

There was some kind of mix-up with the start time, so the tour started late. while I didn't mind, others in the tour did. I think the tour was fantastic and as advertised, so no hard feelings for me.

Tour was amazing!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and very helpful!! Great tour. Highly recommend. Enjoyed it a lot!

Very informative guide. Loved her stories about the influential Hapsburg women.
