You will depart from the city of Huaraz between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM, embarking on an exhilarating adventure to Lagoon 69. This beautiful lake is nestled beneath majestic mountains and is part of Huascaran National Park. Along the way to the lake, you'll traverse the stunning Llanganuco Gorge, where you'll encounter other enchanting lakes in the area. Your hiking journey begins at Cebollapampa, situated at 12,631 feet above sea level, where you'll ascend on a zigzag trail leading you to Lagoon 69. This incredible body of water, with its brilliant blue hue, sits at an altitude of 15,255 feet. Surrounded by the imposing snow-capped peaks of Chacraraju and Nevado Pisco, their majestic silhouettes reflected in the serene waters create a truly awe-inspiring and unforgettable landscape. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding this remarkable adventure.

Between 8:30 and 9:15 AM, you'll be picked up to then leave the vibrant city of Huaraz towards the astounding Pastoruri Glacier. On the way, your first stop will be at San Patricio Cave, followed by Parco where you'll admire the majestic mountains of the Cordillera Blanca. The journey continues to the charming Pato Cocha Lake, home to local wild ducks. Explore further, visiting the carbonated water source of Puma Pampa and the impressive Puyas Raymondi. Next, you'll head to the serene Pumapashimin lagoon, from where you'll embark on an hour-long hike to reach the majestic Pastoruri Glacier, a crucial part of the climate change route. After marveling at this natural spectacle, descend and proceed to a tourist restaurant for a revitalizing lunch. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding your tour filled with fascinating explorations and unforgettable landscapes. Finally you will be back in Huaraz between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.

Between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, you will depart from Huaraz to the picturesque Callejón de Huaylas, beginning your journey in the charming town of Carhuaz. Here, you indulge in a tasting of artisanal ice creams made from local fruits and explore the town's church and square. The adventure continues with a stop at the Yungay cemetery (Ranrahirca – Yungay), where you visit the city buried by the 1970 earthquake and ascend to the viewpoint of Cristo Blanco to enjoy the panoramic view. Following the itinerary, you head to the stunning Llanganuco Lake (Chinancocha at 12,631 feet above sea level). This turquoise lake is surrounded by Queñuales forests and is flanked by the majestic peaks of Huandoy, Yanapaccha, and Huascarán, creating a dreamlike landscape. After exploring the beauty of Llanganuco Lake, you descend to relish a delicious lunch at a local tourist restaurant. Finally, you embark on your journey back to Huaraz, making your last stop in the charming town of Taricá, where you observe the crafting of clay-based crafts, concluding your tour in the city of Huaraz.

-We will start this adventure by picking you up from your hotel in Huaraz (near or at the main square) between 4:00 - 5:00 a.m. -We will travel to Huascaran National Park, upon arrival we will leave the car and start a hike uphill, on the way we will see the richness of the endemic flora and fauna of the area. -The hike will be on average more than 2 hours to reach the Laguna 69, upon arrival we will enjoy a brief explanation, time to explore the area and for photographs. -You will have time to have lunch on your own, then we will return to the entrance of the park where you will find the transportation that will take us back to the city of Huaraz. -Estimated time of arrival in Huaraz: 20:00 p.m.

Pick up at the hotel - Callejón de Huaylas - Caraz - Laguna Paron After pickup at the hotel (approximately 8:00 am), we head in our vehicle to the city of Carhuaz, where we will make a brief stop where we will see its main square and we can also buy some food or drink that we forgot. After them we will go to the city of Caraz which is located 70 km north of Huaraz, here we will undertake a gradual ascent along an unpaved road passing through picturesque towns to Laguna Parón. Once at Parón lagoon we can take advantage of the time to walk around the lagoon and observe the Andean wild flora; in addition to observing the most important pyramidal mountains of the Cordillera Blanca such as Artesonraju, Pirámide Garcilazo and Caraz. Its beautiful turquoise waters make this place an impressive destination. In addition, there is the option of walking (approximately 40 minutes) along an almost vertical zigzag path and some parts over rocks to the viewpoint; place from which you can appreciate the lagoon in all its amplitude. After spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return along the same route to the city of Caraz and continue towards Huaraz. End of the tour between 6:00 pm approx.

Attend a briefing with a mountain guide he day before the trek. Then, start your day at 2:45 AM with pickup from your hotel in Huarez. Heading north, you will soon enter the Ulta Valley at Punta Olimpica, base of Nevado Mateo at 15,420 feet (4700 meters) above sea level. After a brief breakfast stop, start your hike to the summit of the mountain, passing through the moraine. Once at the summit at 16,896 feet (5150 meters), take in breathtaking views of the snowy peaks of the Cordillera Blanca. Nevado Mateo is a mountain of easy access, perfect for beginners. The summit of Mateo offers beautiful views over the highest Peruvian mountains, such as Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Ulta, Contrahierbas and others.

Itinerary At 9:30 a.m. we will pick you up at your hotel in Huaraz and board a minibus to head towards Chavín de Huántar, two hours away. On the way we will stop at the Querococha Lagoon to enjoy the scenery - you will love it! Afterwards, we will continue with the excursion until we reach the archaeological site of Chavín de Huántar. Once there, we will visit all the vestiges left by this culture. Did you know that the priests took psychotropic substances to be closer to the gods? We will discover this and more curiosities! We will also see the Tello Obelisk, the Portico of the Falconides and the sunken circular plaza. In addition, we will learn to which gods the Chavin entrusted themselves and what their customs were. After the visit you will have free time in the village to have lunch on your own around 2:00 pm. With our strength restored, we will head to the Chavín National Museum, where we will continue to delve into the myths, legends and enigmas of Chavín de Huántar, which will surprise you! At 18:30 we will be back in Huaraz.

We will tour its large ice walls that give us an understanding of the atrocious retreat of the glaciers due to the global warming of our planet and obtain impressive views of the mountain landscape that surrounds this place. • In this place you can enjoy contact with the snow and frozen lagoon. After lunch in Catac we return to Huaraz.

We will start the tour with hotel pick up at 8:00 am. We will stop briefly in Carhuaz to buy food or drinks, and then continue to Caraz, 70 km north of Huaraz. We will ascend an unpaved road to Laguna Parón. At the lagoon, you will be able to walk around, admire the Andean flora and views of mountains like Artesonraju and Piramide Garcilazo. You will also have the option to hike for 40 minutes to a lookout point for a panoramic view. Then we will return to Caraz and continue to Huaraz, finishing the tour around 6:00 pm.

We will pick you up from the hotel to take the north path along the Callejón de Huayhuash, passing through small Andean towns and admiring the beautiful snow capes of the Cordillera Blanca. Arriving to the town of Yungay, we will take the northeast route, where the Valley of Llanganuco is located. After the registration to enter the Huascarán National Park, we will pass near amazing lakes as Chinancocha and Orconcocha, until reach Cebolla Pampa (3,900 meters above sea level) the walking starting point. The Huascaran National Park has been a natural protected area since 1975, also a Unesco World Natural Heritage Site and a Reserve of Biosphere. The national service of protected natural areas is in charge of managing this place with a total extension of 3,400 kilometer squares. We will hike on a flat area for about 1 hour, enjoying the pretty views of the Huascarán Mountain, the highest in the White Mountain Range. We will ascend in a switchback path until we reach a small lake, and there visualize the glacial peaks of Chacraraju, Yanapaccha, Huascarán, Chopicalqui, and the waterfalls in the valley. The Cordillera Blanca surround the Callejon de Huaylas in the east and in the west the Cordillera Negra is situated. The Callejon de Huaylas has a total extension of 150 kilometers and the River Santa goes along the valley depth. Finally, we will arrive at Lake 69 located at 4,600 meters above sea level. We will have a lot of time to take pictures, and delight ourselves with spectacular landscapes and appreciate the crystal clear turquoise waters of this nature jewel. Then, we will begin the descent along the same path, until we reach Cebolla Pampa again, where our transport is waiting for you to take you back to the city of Huaraz.
