Surrounded by the imposing snow-capped peaks of Chacraraju and Nevado Pisco, their majestic silhouettes reflected in the serene waters create a truly awe-inspiring and unforgettable landscape. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding this remarkable adventure.

Between 8:30 and 9:15 AM, you'll be picked up to then leave the vibrant city of Huaraz towards the astounding Pastoruri Glacier. On the way, your first stop will be at Parco where you'll admire the majestic mountains of the Cordillera Blanca. The journey continues to the charming Pato Cocha Lake, home to local wild ducks. Explore further, visiting the carbonated water source of Puma Pampa and the impressive Puyas Raymondi. Next, you'll head to the serene Pumapashimin lagoon, from where you'll embark on an hour-long hike to reach the majestic Pastoruri Glacier, a crucial part of the climate change route. After marveling at this natural spectacle, descend and proceed to a tourist restaurant for a revitalizing lunch. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding your tour filled with fascinating explorations and unforgettable landscapes. Finally you will be back in Huaraz between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.

Between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, you will depart from Huaraz to the picturesque Callejón de Huaylas, beginning your journey in the charming town of Carhuaz. Here, you indulge in a tasting of artisanal ice creams made from local fruits and explore the town's church and square. The adventure continues with a stop at the Yungay cemetery (Ranrahirca – Yungay), where you visit the city buried by the 1970 earthquake and ascend to the viewpoint of Cristo Blanco to enjoy the panoramic view. Following the itinerary, you head to the stunning Llanganuco Lake (Chinancocha at 12,631 feet above sea level). This turquoise lake is surrounded by Queñuales forests and is flanked by the majestic peaks of Huandoy, Yanapaccha, and Huascarán, creating a dreamlike landscape. After exploring the beauty of Llanganuco Lake, you descend to relish a delicious lunch at a local tourist restaurant. Finally, you embark on your journey back to Huaraz, making your last stop in the charming town of Taricá, where you observe the crafting of clay-based crafts, concluding your tour in the city of Huaraz.

Laguna Parón provides an unforgettable day of exploration and admiration of Peru's alpine landscapes. Itinerary: Pick up at from your hotel around 8am • We drive in our mobility to the city of Caraz, which is 70 km north of Huaraz, from here we undertake a gradual ascent through an affirmed road to Laguna Parón. • Before arriving at the lake, make a short stop at the Paron control to pay for the entrance tickets • Once in the Parón lagoon you can enjoy the scenery and the views. You can take a short walk to Paron's viewpoint to have fantastic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The trail has a steep climb with the last rocky section reaching 4300 meters. Take advantage of the time to walk around the lagoon and observe the wild Andean flora. Its beautiful turquoise waters make this place an impressive destination. • There is also a walking option (approximately 40 minutes) along an almost vertical zigzag path and some parts over rocks to the viewpoint; place from where you can see the lagoon in all its amplitude. • After spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return along the same route to the city of Caraz and continue to Huaraz. We will return to Huaraz.

We will depart from Huaraz at 9:00 AM towards the Marcará district. Taking an eastern detour through the peasant community of Vicos, we enter Huascarán National Park. Following the course of the Paqcharuri ravine, we immerse ourselves in a lush forest of native plants until we reach the fascinating Rocutuyoc Lagoon. This body of water welcomes us with shades of blue and emerald that change as we explore its surroundings. Additionally, we can admire the frozen lagoon with its impressive ice formations and the majestic peaks of Paccharaju, Bayoraju, and Copa on the horizon. The vistas of Norte Vicos and Akilpo transform this circuit into one of the most beautiful landscapes of the White Mountain Range. Subsequently, we will explore the rock paintings of Llamaruri and the spectacular Paqcharuri waterfall before returning to the city of Huaraz, concluding our day around 5:30 PM.

Laguna Parón is a natural gem located in Huascarán National Park, in the Cordillera Blanca. Situated at 4,185 meters above sea level, this lagoon is the largest in the Cordillera Blanca and is surrounded by imposing snow-capped peaks such as Artesonraju, which inspired the famous Paramount Pictures logo. Its bright turquoise waters, fed by glaciers, create a stunning contrast with the mountainous landscape and are perfect for spectacular photos. In addition, the lagoon offers a panoramic view of iconic mountains such as Pisco, Pirámide de Garcilaso, and Caraz. Ideal for nature lovers, the hike to the lagoon is low difficulty, making it accessible to most visitors. Laguna Parón is the perfect place to connect with nature, enjoy a unique experience, and marvel at one of the most impressive landscapes in Peru. ITINERARY: We head north from Huaraz, passing through Jangas, Anta airport, Marcará, Carhuaz, Mancos, and Yungay. Upon arriving in the city of Caraz, we will stop for a typical regional breakfast and visit the main square and surrounding area. We will arrive at the Parón gorge, where we will be dropped off about 10 minutes from the lagoon and begin the 50-minute hike to the viewpoint. At the viewpoint, you can take classic photos or enjoy the breathtaking view of the lagoon and mountains, and enjoy the scenic beauty of the turquoise lagoon, surrounded by abundant Andean fauna and flora. We will have a great panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains Pirámide de Garcilaso (5,885 meters above sea level), Chacraraju (6,112 meters above sea level), and Artesanraju (6,025 meters above sea level). We will return to the city of Huaraz. Attend a briefing with a mountain guide he day before the trek. Then, start your day at 2:45 AM with pickup from your hotel in Huarez. Heading north, you will soon enter the Ulta Valley at Punta Olimpica, base of Nevado Mateo at 15,420 feet (4700 meters) above sea level. After a brief breakfast stop, start your hike to the summit of the mountain, passing through the moraine. Once at the summit at 16,896 feet (5150 meters), take in breathtaking views of the snowy peaks of the Cordillera Blanca. Nevado Mateo is a mountain of easy access, perfect for beginners. The summit of Mateo offers beautiful views over the highest Peruvian mountains, such as Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Ulta, Contrahierbas and others.

We will pick you up from the hotel to take the north path along the Callejón de Huayhuash, passing through small Andean towns and admiring the beautiful snow capes of the Cordillera Blanca. Arriving to the town of Yungay, we will take the northeast route, where the Valley of Llanganuco is located. After the registration to enter the Huascarán National Park, we will pass near amazing lakes as Chinancocha and Orconcocha, until reach Cebolla Pampa (3,900 meters above sea level) the walking starting point. The Huascaran National Park has been a natural protected area since 1975, also a Unesco World Natural Heritage Site and a Reserve of Biosphere. The national service of protected natural areas is in charge of managing this place with a total extension of 3,400 kilometer squares. We will hike on a flat area for about 1 hour, enjoying the pretty views of the Huascarán Mountain, the highest in the White Mountain Range. We will ascend in a switchback path until we reach a small lake, and there visualize the glacial peaks of Chacraraju, Yanapaccha, Huascarán, Chopicalqui, and the waterfalls in the valley. The Cordillera Blanca surround the Callejon de Huaylas in the east and in the west the Cordillera Negra is situated. The Callejon de Huaylas has a total extension of 150 kilometers and the River Santa goes along the valley depth. Finally, we will arrive at Lake 69 located at 4,600 meters above sea level. We will have a lot of time to take pictures, and delight ourselves with spectacular landscapes and appreciate the crystal clear turquoise waters of this nature jewel. Then, we will begin the descent along the same path, until we reach Cebolla Pampa again, where our transport is waiting for you to take you back to the city of Huaraz.

Pick up at hotel - Callejon de Huaylas - Caraz - Laguna Paron After the pick up at the hotel (8:00 am approx), we go in our mobility to the city of Carhuaz, where we will make a brief stop where we will see its main square and also be able to buy some food or drink that we may forget. After them we will go to the city of Caraz which is 70 km north of Huaraz, here we undertake a gradual ascent through an unpaved road passing by picturesque villages to the Laguna Parón. Once in the Parón lagoon we can take advantage of the time to walk around the lagoon and observe the wild Andean flora; in addition to observing the most important pyramidal mountains of the Cordillera Blanca such as Artesonraju, Piramide Garcilazo and Caraz. Its beautiful turquoise waters make this place an impressive destination. In addition, there is a walking option (40 min approx.) along an almost vertical zigzag path and some parts on rocks to the viewpoint; Place from where you can appreciate the lagoon in all its amplitude. After spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return by the same route to the city of Caraz and continue to Huaraz. End of the tour between 18:00pm approx.
