Had an awesome guide and driver. however, traveling time was rather long. Only had about 2 and half hours in Venice, and the rest was spent on traveling. The location from the app was not accurate, as the location listed was opposite a hotel, a hotel staff came out to ask me to walk a little round the corner and check for the buses.

Easy to book through the app. Picked up on time. App stated that hotel pickups not included and only one pickup available per resort. However, after walking 2 km to get to our pickup we then drove back past our hotel and picked up other passengers just a few metres from our hotel. We then proceeded to pick up other passengers from multiple pickup points in other resorts!! Loved Venice itself. Unfortunately, the commentary was heavily weighted in favour of German translation and it was difficult to pick out the English. Commentary on the boat going to Venice was impossible to hear. Don't fall for the scare stories by the guide who tries to sell you add-ons for the day eg gondola trip, meal and lagoon tour. My advice is get your own gondola and buy your own lunch (plenty of places to takeaway that are not as expensive). Lagoon tour was interesting but again difficult to hear commentary.
