This multiday trip will covers East Java's most attractive places. If you are coming from west side of Indonesia, and want to reach the islands next to Java, this tour will make it up by passing the province with exploration to its waterfall and 2 volcanoes. About Facilities: Accommodation at 2 simple guesthouses are included, it's local owned & managed guesthouse for few hours nap, to support local community as well as practicing community based tourism. Breakfast is included, for Ijen is served on box. The vehicle used is MPV Car type. About schedule & destination: This tour can be started by the first day after early morning train arrival from Yogya. OR by the next morning after late flight arrival from other city or region. With starting time in the morning we will take you for couple hours driving time before reach the countryside area located in south east part of Malang: Tumpak Sewu is a huge waterfall in local language literally means thousand, since thousand in line springs fall down through the 200meter height looks like a big curtain round the cliff. It is a nice morning to afternoon followed by the volcano trip on the next very early morning. Mount Bromo Volcano is located in extra large area of National Park called Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Due to the largest area, we will explore this park by riding a jeep vehicle provided & operated by the villagers around the national park. The main activity in the area will be sunrise wittnessing, and hike up the most approachable volcano. Our guide will tell you storical & historical things from this area. This second day will be ended by checked you in a guesthouse close to next volcano. Mount Ijen Volcano will be earlier than Mt. Bromo start time, it will trully a midnight start. Note: Since the tremors happened on July 13, visitors are currently restricted to approach the crater area for safety reasons. BLUE FLAME can be spotted from 500 meters as the allowed distance ONLY IF its flame is big enough as well as the good weather. Finally tour will finish at harbor, otherwise you can choose to go back to Surabaya. Also available option for continue with shuttle to Ubud. Note: hours driving time in a day to move from point to point, please bring your extra drinking water and personal snack.

The trip will start around midnight (00.30am) as your driver will pick you up directly from your desired pick up location. Feel free to take a nap in the car as you drive towards Mount Bromo. From there, you will continue the journey in a 4WD Jeep, going through a bumpy road to get to Mount Penanjakan/ Kingkong hill. Accompanied by a sip of coffee and Pisang goreng (fried banana) to warm the night while waiting for the sun to emerge from its hideout. Sunrise at the top of Mount Penanjakan summit and revealed the hidden landscape of Mount Bromo surrounding. Driving down the hill, you will pass the vast sea of sand, resulting from the eruption of Mount Bromo, in a 45 minute-easy track all the way to the peak. From the crater rim, you can see the active Bromo crater, caldera and the mountainous views of Mount Batok and the highest mountain on Java Island, Mount Semeru. Also, you can find the Hindu temple reflecting the Majapahit Kingdom's history. To complete the day, you will be get a simple breakfast Toast, Strawberry jam, egg, Fruits and a little mineral water before returning to Malang at around 12.30 AM.

Explore the island of Java by visiting the famous volcanoes on the island of Java, Bromo and Ijen. Then return back to accommodation for breakfast and continue the journey to Ijen. Day 3 Hiking to ijen starts at 2 am, and hiking for 2 hours to the blue fire point. Then back to the crater rim to see the sunrise. then back to starting point and continue driving to get to the ferry terminal. You will be at Ferry terminal at 9am apprx. The trip begins between 5 to 8 am depending on your request, however we will suggest you to start as early as possible. Don't hesitate to contact us for other pickup and drop off options. Starting from your hotel around the City center or train station or anywhere within our pickup area, we need a 2 to 3-hour ride through dense areas, traditional markets, and the curvy & mountainous winding roads. After arriving, we will see the waterfall panorama from the above. When the sky is clear we can have a beautiful view of the waterfall and a rainbow on it with the mount semeru which is the highest peak in Java and an active volcano as the background. Take a walk down through a hundred steps of concrete stairs and rocks and enjoy the tumpak sewu waterfall from the bottom that has so many popular photo spots with various backgrounds. Take tons of pictures and continue to Telaga Biru for a dip-in.  It was a natural pond before the huge flash flood in 2023 and now it is strengthened with sand sacks as the wall. Climb up to the beautiful Goa Tetes by the steel ladder and lime stone stairs, a hidden place that a few know about and explore it in a little bit adventuring styles, and then get back to the parking lot for a clean up The trip on the spots takes about 3 to 4 hours depend on your pace for about 6 km of hiking. All the 3 entry fees are included. Prepare your changing clothes, trail shoes, or even your drone. You will need a strong heart and a pair of healthy knees for the exploration.
