The only thing I feel, that can be improved is the instructions on where to gather; the position of the Pin in the map app wasn’t so clear, it wasn’t until I read that the meeting location is the mention to be near the clock tower(wasn’t so easy to find that out, on google maps app it didn’t state it) that I was able find where the our guide(Brian) was. Brian was loved and really insightful. He is also very understanding, would recommend his services again.

The tour we booked was perfectly tailored to us as a family. The different eras were explained with appropriate examples so that we got a good overview in a one-hour tour. Particularly interesting and entertaining were the explanations of techniques or peculiarities of the respective eras or artists

The welcome was very cheerful and dynamic, the flight allowed us to discover Los Angeles from the sky thanks to the many excellent comments from the pilot. I recommend.

A hidden gem, no more. Ellen was simply great, so charming, knowledgeable, informing, and entertaining. The only way to experience this amazing museum. RJT

Bryan was so passionate. Highly professional and well spoken, thank you for making our almost-private tour amazing!
