Brilliant! The activity co-ordinaries were very responsive to my messages when I was running late and was reassuring when I arrived to collect my tickets. They were friendly and helpful, even the customer service on the telephone was friendly and helpful. We had the app audio that we could listen to on our way around which was helpful, and you could choose what you wanted to listen to (as many times as you wish) which was great if you don’t like to be tied to a tour guide. Had a really good experience.

I rated it excellent, but it is true that I did not have time to visit all the museums. However, the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill are included with the pass. Not valid for the Vatican. But then, I took advantage of it for transportation: metro, tram, bus. Not valid for the shuttlebus, or anywhere between the airport and the center of Rome, really just the center of Rome.

Thank you Julius for a wonderful city tour. Julius is very knowledgeable about the city and he made sure we had fun during the ride. He is very polite and was taking everything at a pace where we can understand take a good look at the monuments. I am very happy with the service. Definitely recommend Julius and this ride. Cheers!!!

Susanna was an amazing guide; the depth of her knowledge and the fun facts that she shared made this a most enjoyable visit. Would definitely book with crown tours again if this is the standard of guides they provide.

Very detailed information about art pieces there. An amazing experience.
