Start your day on cloud nine by flying into Staniel Cay from Nassau. Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to your captain to start your day of adventure. The order of the tour depends greatly on the tides, so your expert captain will ensure you get the most out of the day. Meet the local swimming pigs and have an opportunity to feed them, as well as take a selfie with them. Next up, delight in the thrill of swimming with sharks. Don't worry: these sharks are super friendly and will even come up to the docks to greet you and offer you their back to pet. For more wildlife encounters, head to see the indigenous iguanas on Guana Cay. An adventure in the Exuma Cays is not complete without some snorkeling. 2. Nassau: Cultural Walking Tour of Downtown Nassau

Begin your adventure in downtown Nassau and follow your guide as you stroll to some of the most historic landmarks and sites in town. Walk up to the top of Elizabeth Avenue for a 15-minute stop at the famous Queen’s Staircase, a major limestone staircase that consists of 66 steps. Here you will get the chance to capture its majestic beauty with your camera as your guide shares the history of this 18th-century staircase, including how 600 slaves constructed it in honor of Queen Victoria’s assistance in abolishing slavery in the Bahamas. Continue up Elizabeth Avenue for a five-minute stop at Nassau’s tallest structure, the historic 126-foot Water Tower that supplied water to the island of New Providence back in the early 20th century. Next, your tour will take you to the top of Bennet’s Hill to spend 15 minutes at Fort Fincastle, a fort built in the late 18th century to protect Nassau from pirates. Next, grab your cameras for the chance to take beautiful pictures of the exterior of the Government House. During a 10-minute stop, your tour guide will share tales from this historic site’s past as you admire the architectural excellence of this Georgian Colonial-style residence of the Bahamas’ Governor-General. Now that you have worked up an appetite, make a stop at Graycliff Chocolatier and indulge in a sampling of these locally made delicious treats. Next, tour the galleries of the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas and learn about the history of Junkanoo at the Educulture Museum. Afterwards, you will travel to John Watling's Distillery where you may sample rum and tour the facility. Be collected from your accommodation in Nassau. Head to the starting point to be matched in groups of six, with one person chosen as the driver of the automatic buggy. The driver can be changed at each stop. Bounce down the dusty back-roads of Nassau in an open-air buggy to reach mysterious caves and picture-perfect beaches.  Follow your guide along a scenic route, passing sites including the Government House, Gray Cliff, Fort Charlotte, Arawak Cay, Bahamar, and the famous Bob Marley Resort. LISA our tour guide was an absolute blast! She kept us engaged with the food tastings and deep cultural history. Lots of time to engage and break the ice if you are with a large party. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an engaging activity and a moment to experience what the island has to offer outside of your accommodation. Lisa girl, I’ll see you in California! This tour is fantastic - Lisa was super approachable, fun, and very clued up on the food scene in Bahamas. We had a blast, learnt lots and got to eat delicious food in good company! If you do this tour; I hope you get Lisa too!!
