Trip was wonderful my guide Hasan did a wonderful job. He ensured I understood (only Anglo) everything. He was always aware of timing and kept us on track. He also assured me that I would have sufficient time at Sumela. Personally I think more time at Sumela Monestry would be appropriate. On another note due to Ramadan the caves were closed we did alternate activities which was great just writing it down so others are aware when booking.

the agency cares about their guests. they called me and made sure we could meet at the correct meeting point. the transportation was so smooth and made my trip in trabzon wonderful.

Initially I had problems because I hadn't set everything up correctly but the customer service was exceptional, guided me and within 5 minutes my line was active
