Our guide at the boat shared a lot of information on Maori culture and history as well as the nature. The track was really beautiful. I was walking mostly alone, only meeting others occasionally.

Great boat with experienced skipper and staff. Fresh green mussels beautifully cooked. Lovely Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough district. Salmon to die for. Excellent trip.

Was a beautiful trip, lovely picnic lunch. The drive did take less than 4 hrs to get there from Queenstown though, they told us in email definitely allow 5.

Beautiful nature along the Sounds and very nice crew. Unfortunately we only saw some small fish but would definitely recommend the cruise!

Very fine self guided walk along Queen Charlotte track.
